Mix with pure semen. Then, in my mandala, Place in the center of the lotus. Bind with pure substances, on the eighth morning, The wise one holds it in their hand, Bless it a thousand times with mantras. The king of powders can control everything, After that, accomplishments will be attained. It can be eaten, or used for offering drinks, Or the powder can be chewed, Or scattered in the direction of the wind, Or sewn once onto clothing, Or used as ointment or toothpaste. Wherever it is mixed and used, With this once, Those drunken and arrogant enemies, Can be controlled even from afar, Serving well like slaves. What this powder touches, Will become very obedient. If From a very far place, The powder cannot touch, Then make an image of him, Bless it with this powder. Within seven days, the vidyādhara's Name is heard, The master of oneself and possessions, Not devoured by demons, can be controlled. Then, only through mixing, The acts of hatred are explained. The beautiful feathers of the peacock, And the sloughed skin of the snake, The hair of horses and buffaloes, The seeds of Kanaka, The flowers of Aśvamāra, And then the elephant Pippalī. Mix all of these together, Put them in the blood of rats and cats. Mix my pills. After doing this, the one who knows the ritual, Recites a thousand and eight times at night. Incense with the hair of rats and cats. Then, the one who knows the mixing, Then take out one pill, With whom to make enmity, Place on the crown of those people, Pills or powder. Place it for the sake of enmity. This supreme method of making enmity, Is spoken by the Wrathful One himself. Then, here it must be kept secret, However correctly mixed, It will be accomplished without doubt. The supreme method of killing is explained. Various human rulers, Harming the Three Jewels, Apply this mixing method to them, It will not fall into evil destinies. For those who possess bodhicitta, This accomplishment will not be achieved elsewhere. This is the Tathāgata's, The giver of accomplishment of all vows. Guard the ritual well like this, Otherwise it will not be accomplished.

Furthermore, all the accomplishments of the Tathāgata, if one wishes to benefit sentient beings, both progressive and regressive, as well as increasing accomplishments, should be practiced without reservation. Actions of anger and violence, and those who wish to kill to satisfy desires, the accomplishments of the Tathāgata are difficult to obtain even in dreams. Compassion, patience, and likewise loving-kindness, whose nature is compassion itself. Thus spoke the mantra practitioner, whose sole mind is the mind of Bodhi. All the accomplishments of the Tathāgata are achieved without obstacles. This method of subduing the wicked is universally proclaimed. It should only be done to those who greatly harm the Three Jewels, not otherwise. For those who wish to cultivate a wicked mind, take the soil from their footprints. Then mix it with the pure urine of a female buffalo. After making an image of them, smear it with ashes from the cemetery. Fill its heart with charcoal, sharp thorns, bones, and chaff. Likewise, also fill the belly, ears, nose, eyes, and mouth, and then place it in a hidden cliff. After placing it, step on it with the left foot. Then, on the effigy, as well as other peaceful mantras of the corpse, recite them in reverse. Recite the name of the person to be practiced upon, reciting it one thousand and eight times. In the reversed order, insert two "phaṭ(藏文,梵文天城体,फट्,phaṭ,断)" between them. By doing this deed, the person to be practiced upon will surely become a zombie, and will surely become a servant of the Lord of Death. The wise should thus eliminate the arrogance of the person to be practiced upon, and if they are afflicted by various diseases, then release them again. Otherwise, in an instant, they will surely go to the Lord of Death. In order to protect the Three Jewels, even if diseases and the like are inflicted upon all those who harm, this is the method of causing their death that is proclaimed. It should not be done to those who hold vows, for if it is done, one will die oneself. The ritual of expulsion, the wrathful form of Mañjuśrī, the great hero, as he said, will now be proclaimed. A stake made of acacia wood, eight fingers in length, smeared with a little mustard oil, should be planted in the ground with ashes from the cemetery. Then wrap it with the skin of a crow that has died naturally.
