From the tantra: The eighth chapter, entitled "The Great Joy Activity." Then, Manjushri Yamantaka revealed this secret activity instruction. The activity of the Great Secret Gathering is extremely rare, the essence of the supreme vehicle of wisdom. This root activity mantra, mudra, and activity, along with substances, tools, incense, and offerings, should be accomplished by those with yogic abilities. First, one should examine whether the place is suitable or not. Then, maintaining the posture of samadhi, practice the single syllable of the mantra. Oṃ āḥ kālarūpa hūṃ phaṭ ā. (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་ཨཾ་ཀཱ་ལ་རཱུ་པ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः कालरूप हुम् फट आ, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ āḥ kālarūpa hūṃ phaṭ ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Kala Rupa Hum Phat Ah.) Āḥ possesses the five wisdoms. Āḥ is the ritual of wind. Kā is the accomplishment of activity. La is the enjoyer. Rū is the nature of desire. Pa is not abandoning anything. Hūṃ is the nature of mind. Pha is showing the ultimate guidance. Ṭa is liberating the object of focus. Ā is forcefully gathering enemies. Oṃ is called the best of all. Āḥ is unborn, Kā is called the best of activity. La is called the best of all activities. Rū is called the best of hatred. Pa is attachment and clinging. Pha is completely destroying everything. Ṭa is leading the enemies from the heart. Ā is distinguishing all activities. As taught, this is the essence of the activity. Then, begin all activities. For all activities, generate the supreme mind. Then, for the enemy who is thought of with hatred, their name, lineage, dirt, and footprints, etc., should be vigorously thrown into the supreme homa. Red flower, cardamom, and three fruits, as well as the juice of the neem tree, and the fruit of the chickpea, with these make an image of the enemy, diligently and assiduously practice all activities, adopting methods of killing and suppressing. On coarse cloth or paper, draw the visualized image, and in its heart write the essence: Hrīṃ Phaṭ. (Tibetan: ཧྲིཾ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीं फट्, Sanskrit Romanized: hrīṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hriṃ Phaṭ.) Place a bandha tsalpa in the mouth, filling the inside with white mustard seeds, and recite this mantra one hundred and eight times: Bhri kri ta ti stoṅka chegemo māraya hum phaṭ. When the number is complete, visualize the image and throw it with the juice of the bayuta. Then, holding the mudra of a fresh skull, recite the mantra one thousand and one times: Vajra kālarūpa makhan kaṃga tara stvaṃ bhaya hum phaṭ. Kālarūpa te. Byi kri ta ta dar na mar ni na hūṃ phaṭ. Thus recite. Then, with the skull garland mudrā, sprinkle the image with the semen of a female yak and the semen of saffron, and recite this mantra: Oṃ Kālarūpa ta bira si ni hūṃ phaṭ. Then, bind the enemy's image with the noose of Proja Anjana, and recite this mantra one thousand and one times: Kālarūpa bhi kri ta ta sa ma ada re hūṃ phaṭ. Then, again put the enemy's image into a closed bhaṇḍa, and write this letter on the two bhaṇḍas: Kālarūpa ta bira si khad khan laṃ phaṭ phaṭ. To that, make the one-pointed vajra mudrā, circle it three times around the crown of the head, and strike the image. Kālarūpa vajra kīli kīlaya che ge mo māraya hūṃ phaṭ. Then, definitely go to a spring where there are nāgas, hide all the substances there, and entrust it to a guardian. Vajra hrīḥ ṣṭrīḥ vajra kālarūpa sarva svata suki bud tu gad dza dada lavate kuru phaṭ. Having done that, circle the spring nine times from the left side. If you stay there yourself, there will be three kinds of faults, this is secret. From the Black Yama Tantra, it is the ninth chapter, which teaches the secret instructions for actions. Now, the second secret action of Kālarūpa: Put the camphor of the kapāla and the substances mentioned above into it, close it and bind it with black thread, make three kinds of mudrās, and recite this mantra one million times: Sāva nada nanda a rdzana haha lele kālarūpa hrīṃ paṃ hūṃ phaṭ. When that recitation is completed, untie the black thread, open the gabu, and on one with a name, draw the image of Black Yama. On one, draw the image of the enemy. In the heart of the enemy, draw the image of an upright stake. In the heart of Yama, write the essence of Kālarūpa. Then close the gabu and bind it with red thread, and recite this mantra three times: Wangpo dusi phaṭ phaṭ. Kālarūpa hūṃ phaṭ.
