Then, having made an image of whatever enemy or obstacle is to be acted upon, prepare a torma offering of nine kinds of blood, a large amount of meat and fat, and various kinds of meat and blood. Pour it into a skull cup (Bhaṇḍa) and place it at the gathering of E. Put the image and nameplate inside the torma. Then, the protector Yama Dharmaraja said this: Emaho! By the power of perfect wisdom, All dharmas are spontaneously accomplished. Then, to intensify the activity, put the enemy's image, name, and bones inside a clean container, and recite this mantra as much as possible: vajra ka la pra khri d te laṃ taṃ hriṃ dun bhyo. sa manta hri hi che ge mo mā ra ya phaṭ. Then, again, the method of suppression is shown: put the enemy's image in a woman's girdle, wrap it with blue-red thread, and suppress it at the crossroads of four roads.
