Think of pouring the three poisons of affliction into your mouth and swallowing them into your stomach. Then, visualize intensely again, Yama, the executioner, resembling the color of black clouds, with black light blazing and swirling like waves of black water, riding a buffalo, holding Yama's staff and lasso in his hands, with a large belly and clenched teeth, and a body adorned with black snakes. Then, visualize striking that target with a vajra and killing it, and think of devouring its heart and all its parts, reciting this mantra: oṃ hrīḥ śrīḥ vikṛtānana hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ! hūṃ, so-and-so, mārāya, hūṃ phaṭ! oṃ hrīḥ śrīḥ vikṛtānana hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ! so-and-so, mārāya, hūṃ phaṭ!
