Recite this essence. Om Vajrasattva Hum Bhruh Ah Bhruh Ayur Hum Ah Om Vajrasattva Hum. Ratna Mudra Ah. Ayur Nyana Hum Hari Tah. Then recite this mantra of accomplishment. Om Vajrasattva Hum. Vairochana Om. Ratna Mudra Tram. Amitadeva Harih Karma Vajra Ha. Then the immortal mantra of action and union. Recite these and attain accomplishment. Om Vajra Krodha Haya Gri Va Hari Hum. Sarva Tathagata Maha Pancha Ah. Om Ayur Nyana Maha Punya Tishta Om. The signs of accomplishment are light, smoke, and sound. A fragrant and pleasant smell arises. Always invite the hermits. Pray for longevity. Then the empowerment of oneself and others. Place the nectar vase on the crown of the head. Accompanied by the root mantra and the essence of the five families. Recite and gradually touch the five places. Fill the body with nectar, visualizing it as a vajra. Om Vajra Ayuhshe Hum Bhruh Nri Jih Bhishincha Ah. Offer the essence of medicine to the hermits and deities. Combine strength and eat regularly. Protect against bad food and give grain essence. Cherish those who are wise and possess oral instructions. By this, the complete longevity empowerment is accomplished. The qualities of the medicine essence are inconceivable. The two causes of medicine increase flesh and bones. The three conditions of strength, essence, and radiance also increase. The four saps of longevity balance the elements. Skill is like a great lion, strength like an elephant. Radiance like a peacock, agility like a garuda. Speech like Brahma, speed like a horse. Dakinis subdue, the eight classes are enslaved. The lineage of the longevity empowerment seal is accomplished. Thus it was spoken. From the King of Tantras, the Glorious Guhyasamaja, the twenty-second chapter, the complete essence extraction, the immortal longevity accomplishment, is complete. Then, the assembled retinue, with one voice, beseeched the teacher, Samantabhadra, the Glorious Great Supreme Heruka. Kye Kye Kye. Immaculate Samantabhadra. Stainless Great Glorious Heruka. How to confess broken vows and impairments? Please bestow instructions upon us, the retinue. Having considered the meaning of this request. The teacher himself spoke. Listen, you who have degeneration, defilement, remorse, and regret. Sentient beings, due to the power of karma and conditions. If the root and branches may be impaired. Request empowerment, generate faith in the three doors. This is a marvelous method of confession. Purify the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Confess the impairments of the body with mantras and mudras. Lamas, Sugatas, and all the complete ones.

Visualize as if it were manifest. Prostrate to the hell-emptying single prostration. Emaho! The great essence of all directions and times. Lama Peaceful and Wrathful, please consider completely. Come here and sit on the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus. Please accept the prostration and offerings to purify the vows and breakages of hell. I prostrate to the Lamas who are rich in qualities. I prostrate to the Dharmakaya, which is without focus and free from elaboration. I prostrate to the Sambhogakaya of great bliss and enjoyment. I prostrate to the Nirmanakaya, which emanates in various ways to benefit beings. I prostrate to the Vajrakaya, which is the unchanging nature. I prostrate to the body of perfect and complete enlightenment. I prostrate to the peaceful deities who destroy afflictions. I prostrate to the wrathful deities who cut off wrong views. I prostrate to the body of Manjushri, the lord of life and protector of methods. I prostrate to the speech of Padma, which proclaims flawless sounds. I prostrate to the Vajra mind, which is truly meaningful. I prostrate to the nectar medicine that cures the disease of the five poisons. I prostrate to the Phurba deity who subdues arrogance. By whom the mandala of the peaceful and wrathful Buddhas, Hearing the name and prostrating, All breakages and impairments are purified, What need is there to mention the five without interval? Even the place of hell is emptied, It is known as the realm of the Vidyadharas and Buddhas. Confession of faults in mantra recitation and vows. Visualize Vajrasattva on the crown of the head. Purifying karmic obscurations and stains of vows. Recite these essential words that empty samsara. om ah hum svaha.
