The three doors of the three wheels are all closed, establishing the illusory wheel of the body: sitting cross-legged on a comfortable seat, with the left foot placed on the right shin, and the elbow padded with a soft cushion as a support for the buttocks. The backs of the hands are crossed left and right, with the two middle knuckles pressing the pulse. In this way, both knees are also drawn in, and the inner thighs are tightened as if gathering them. All four major acupoints are tightly held, and the wheel of fire is turned in the heart. The upper body is rotated to the right and remains still, and the lion's stretch opens the meridians. Below that is the illusory wheel of the essence of speech, with the seed of fire hidden below the navel. At that place of རྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang), recite རྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang), and think that the flames are blazing and warmth is born. After that, the illusory wheel of the mind, with a clear mind and determination, suppresses the upper wind and draws in the lower wind. Stir the pervasive wind in the middle, and close the lotus mouth slightly. Clearly visualize your own body as a vajra body, with the navel filled with bliss, and contemplate that the whole body is burning with flames. Expelling poison and removing obstacles is like the wind, and the wind itself can create warmth, and the bindu melts and bliss-warmth blazes. The key to this instruction is the blazing and dripping essence. The upper and lower winds are also like this, not too tight or too loose, sometimes relaxed and sometimes pressed. The upper wind is the nature of skillful means, white swirling like clouds. The lower wind is the nature of wisdom, red swirling upwards. In the wheel of manifestation at the navel, red and white swirl and mix like a manifestation. Four fingers below the navel, where Dharma arises, the ultimate tummo is like a needle. The clear red flame blazes upwards, and at the root of the nadi, རྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) red becomes one and dwells. The emptiness of one's own body is like an overturned fired clay tube. At the secret place, at the white letter ཡྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang), the rays of wind turn upwards, touching the ultimate fierce mother. རྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) itself is burning with flames, and the wheel of manifestation at the navel blazes with light. As a sign of this, the body becomes stiff and numb, and the mind also dwells slightly. After that, the fire reaches the heart, and the wheel of Dharma blazes with light. The thoughts of the five aggregates and the five poisons are burned away, and bliss-warmth blazes. The body trembles, throbs, and shakes. After that, the flame reaches the throat, and as a sign of this, laughter and sounds of Ah and Ee are emitted. After that, the flame is drawn to the center of the brain, and the great bliss wheel in the brain is warmed. The bindu of the navel, the bodhicitta, the letter ཧྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hang) faces downwards.

That. The light gradually melts, Sixteen drops of Bodhicitta nectar fall. The way to generate great bliss from it is: Descending in the center of the head generates joy. Therefore, the throat wheel drips, From this, supreme joy and bliss arise. Therefore, when four drops drip in the heart, Joy, separation from joy, bliss-emptiness joy arises. Therefore, when two drops drip in the navel center, The bliss of disembodied thought arises. The best of bliss, inseparable from bliss-emptiness, Innate wisdom joy arises. Such experiences of bliss are indescribable, If one recognizes and meditates on it, The continuity of inseparable bliss-emptiness will be attained. There are three recognitions of the bindu Bodhicitta: Grasping the mind, recognition, and reversing attachment. First, the method of grasping Bodhicitta is: In the great bliss wheel at the crown of the head (Tibetan: ཨོྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡). In the enjoyment wheel of the throat (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊). In the Dharma wheel of the heart (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). In the manifestation wheel of the navel (Tibetan: ཧཱྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हाँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 杭). Meditate on the Bodhicitta wheel (Tibetan: ཡྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 扬). From this, gather the rays of light upwards, The four letters of the four wheels, The light dissolves into four drops of light. If the mind is focused on this without scattering, Then focus intensely on the heart and hold it. If it scatters from there, focus on where it scatters, Relax slightly, then recognize its essence. Self-awareness is like a cloudless sky, Remain in a clear and bright state. Like the image in a mirror, Clearly and sharply, abide without attachment. That is the instruction for recognition: Thus, the Bodhicitta that sustains life, Even if asleep in the center of bliss-emptiness citta, Know that all is the display of wisdom. Once innate wisdom is recognized, Knowing, bliss, clarity, and non-thought, the three, Will arise from the power of self-origination. That is because it is blissful without afflictions, Unobstructed, non-grasping, non-conceptual. Thus, recognize its essence, Nature is clear, awareness wanders. Recognize the meaning that has never been seen before, The nature of Dharma is undefiled, the nature is pure. Clear and unobstructed, blissful without attachment. Thus, definite understanding is the view, From this, non-distraction is meditation, That is the practice without degeneration, That is the ultimate perfect result. Finally, reversing attachment is also, In the natural power of the view's realization, Cut off the attachment of non-thought and clinging. Sever the mind of grasping and being grasped that cannot be abandoned, Reversing all manifest attachments is the true meaning. Thus, when experience is gained, The way to use the result at the time of death, As shown above, the two Bodhicittas that sustain life, Ignorance arises and is exhausted.
