If vows are broken, and experience is lacking or interrupted, if one clings to permanence, there is no accomplishment. Glorious Heruka, flawless wish-fulfilling queen, free from ordinariness and obstacles, free from the fear of migrating winds. The demon of sight turns back on itself, the four essential causes are freed from their places. When the power of dwelling is exhausted and the wind stops, examination, throwing, and focus are all purified. Endowed with skillful means, one goes to the other shore. Without beginning, end, or middle, the wind is unconditioned, just as it is. Like a bubble in water, seeing the unconditioned, one is free from birth and death. The aggregates are illusory and without name, clinging to them and examining them leads to seeing death. One's own mind is without beginning, end, or middle, therefore there is no inner or outer, self or other, and one is free from all objects of going. Therefore, the mind has no birth, death, gathering, or scattering. Unconditioned, self-arisen, free from direction, abide in unconditioned, non-grasping wisdom, without distraction, cut through delusion, without clinging, manifest enlightenment, without hope or fear, crush the four maras. He is great joy, Ru is the mother of great skillful means and desire, Ka is the supreme activity of moving, Ka is the beautiful non-dual body, Ru is the speech of desire, He is the bindu of bliss, Ka is the great wish-fulfilling queen, Ru is the coquettish Heruka, He is the bindu of great bliss, He is the union of father and mother, Ru is the four mudras of union, Ka is the action of descending the bindu, He is free from cause and condition, Ru is the beautiful appearance of father and mother, the non-dual bindu is great bliss, appearing to oneself as laughter. Ka is the great mudra of father and mother, Ma is the arising of the assembly of gods, La is the supreme accomplishment of union. In the bag of the light of the sun and moon, which are non-dual skillful means and wisdom, by the empowerment of the moving wind, everything appears as great bliss. Sometimes, attachment turns into detachment, by attachment, attachment is subdued, the person endowed with great skillful means is like curing poison with poison. The field of accomplishment, the yogi, the five afflictions, obstacles, and demons, by the yogi who has obtained great skillful means, he is liberated by that very thing. When poison itself turns into nectar, it is subdued by improper skillful means. This is the poison of unawakened afflictions, by skillful means, the nectar of the demons is made to blaze. Thus it is said. In the great tantra of the glorious Heruka Samaja, great bliss.

Chapter Twenty-Eight: The Chapter on Bestowing Blessings. Then, the Lord of Secrets requested the Blessed One, saying: You are the nature of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas of the three times. Like a great wish-fulfilling jewel, you fulfill the wishes of all beings. You have become the treasure of all accomplishments. Please explain the method for accomplishing attainments. Upon this request, the Blessed One, the glorious Samantabhadra, the King of Wrathful Wisdom, spoke as follows: The yogi who practices the supreme practice, with faith, vows, and asceticism, the king who will surely attain, having abandoned all fear and hesitation, in a secluded place such as a charnel ground, having made himself suitable through his own samadhi, meditates on the moon in the expanse of the sky. He contemplates himself as a practitioner with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྂ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From that, Vajrasattva arises, the father and mother with light and radiance. Having generated the samadhi in stages, he travels to the Buddha-fields through miraculous powers and successive realizations. He meditates on the moon in the expanse of the sky. He contemplates the blazing light of jewels from Savā (藏文:སཝཱ,梵文天城体:सवा,梵文罗马拟音:savā,汉语字面意思:萨瓦). He meditates on the Jewel Sattva, father and mother. Having generated the samadhi in stages, he travels to the Buddha-fields. In the center of the mandala in the expanse of the sky, he contemplates the moon from the accomplished A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). He contemplates the definitely transforming Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧརཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:哈日) burning in the heart lotus. He meditates on the Lotus Sattva, father and mother. Having led through the path of samadhi, he definitely travels to the Buddha-fields. In the center of the mandala in the expanse of the sky, he contemplates the mandala of the moon from A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). He contemplates the Crossed Vajra Karma Sattva himself. Having generated the accomplished samadhi, in order to accomplish the deeds of self and others, he travels to the Buddha-lands. The yogi who practices vidyadhara, in a secluded hermitage, on top of the five Bāyā mandalas, to pure young boys and girls, having bathed them and made them fragrant, without distraction, filled with single-pointed contemplation, clearly visualizing himself as Heruka, having relied on the deity without error, having dispelled obstacles and hindrances, inviting Brahma and Indra, as well as the powerful protectors of the directions and the guardians of the world, through mantras, mudras, and samadhi, he brings them down upon them. Having bound them and made them tremble and pulsate, he pours the water of oath and makes them speak. If they do not speak, then the great and powerful Lord of Secrets, the king, performs the samadhi of Heruka.
