The mind and pure water, with the nature of readily accepting, should be constantly eaten and drunk. Among great meats, dog meat is the most excellent, the tusked Dakini, the powerful meat. Whoever blesses and eats it, is the same as the Victorious Vajradhara. Aggregates, sources, colors, faculties and objects included in the Dharma, the five purities should be known, and the five Buddhas should be known through samsara. The five Buddhas accomplished by all, Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma and the Tathagata's own nature, should be spontaneously accomplished by oneself. Common and special accomplishments, and superior samayas, etc., secret common and special, and what is said in each practice, should be diligently performed according to the ritual. If the established samaya is not practiced according to the ritual, and violates the sacred meaning, then the sea will dry up and the mountains will collapse. As long as space exists, one will dwell in the Vajra hell. After the sacred has blessed the sacred, whoever violates this, then despises all the Buddhas Vajradhara, and Dakini yoginis, etc., without exception, and many forms of suffering will revolve like a wheel of weapons. If one does a sacred deed, but it does not succeed as intended, and omens of decline appear, then one should do the work of making up for the decline, and as the sacred ones have said, nothing should be lost thereafter. The sacred ones of body, speech, and mind, whoever abides in accordance with the Dharma, and how one abides in accordance with reason, and how one practices, will attain accomplishment in this very life. With faith and great faculties, if one strives without obstacles, then four and a half years and eighteen months will be accomplished. Even those with inferior and evil kalpas, and weak wisdom and resources, if they practice according to the sacred teachings without losing the means of the ritual, then there is no doubt that they will attain it in this life. Thus it was said. From the great tantra of the Glorious Heruka Assembly, the thirteenth chapter, which teaches the Samayas, is complete. Then, again, the Lord of Secrets asked the Bhagavan, "Please discern the nature of all Buddhas, the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, with the nature of saving all without exception, please explain the distinctions of the Torma." After asking this, the Bhagavan Tathagata, the Terrifying One

The King said thus: In the diverse world of vessels, The essence of sentient beings is mixed into the Torma. The primordial, unconditioned realm of Dharma, Appears in all ten directions as it pervades everywhere. With the five desirable qualities, And the naturally abiding and emanated, Offerings and royal ornaments, and so forth, the self is also the self. By not grasping and abandoning, it pervades, The various aspects of Dharma are supremely explained. As many inconceivable means of embodiment, Merge into the state of emptiness, peace, and unconditionality. That very state of peaceful abiding, The unconditioned nature of Dharma is the Torma. In the great vessel, devoid of extremes of reasoning, The five qualities of diverse knowledge, Emanate with the power pervading the sky. This is the Torma of meditative emanation. The distinctions of signs and substances, And the supreme tastes of food and drink, Made from the five meats and five nectars, Are pure and endowed with blessings. The aggregates are of the nature of the Dharma realm, Cutting is the play of wisdom. Khambu is said to be the emanation of compassion. The unconditioned Dharma realm is gathered into the realm. The play of wisdom manifests blessings. Red flesh and blood sustain the Dakinis. The emanation of compassion pervades the ten directions. Initially, the nectar of wisdom, Is offered and burned like a mandala. In the middle, the five desirable qualities, The inexhaustible treasure of the yogi is buried. Entrust the space of the five mothers to their places. Seal with the seal of the five wisdoms. Finally, whatever remains of the ritual, After the seven places are completely fulfilled, Offerings to the retinue of Dakinis, And the teaching and burning of Zalam. All that appears and exists, vessels and contents, The five qualities of natural desire, Those who enjoy impartially, Are the impartial Dharma realm Torma. By clearly contemplating the mandala of self-nature, On the enjoyment of the bliss of appearance and existence, The three doors are used without obstruction, The yogic practice is without hope or fear. Whoever possesses skillful means like this, Will perfect merit and wisdom, And purify the appearances of cyclic existence. The three bodies and five wisdoms will be accomplished. Various flesh, blood, and bones, Exhaust self and other's three poisons, And for the sake of enjoying the wisdom of cyclic existence, The yogi with skillful means should give. The three realms are originally the five nectars, Unconditioned, spontaneously perfect Buddhas. For the sake of my realization, I offer the five meats and five nectars. The nature of skillful means and wisdom.
