Me. (If) receiving empowerment on the red moon cushion, extracting radiance from the nine red flames, declaring vows to those with vows. Receiving one's own accomplishment as follows: The glorious vow-supreme one, the one with willow abiding in its own nature, filled with nectar, is the supreme long life one, in the nature of all freedom, after one's own self abides in the center, to the wisdom deities of self-nature and self-arising, the supreme accomplishment of body, speech, and mind, before inviting in the future time, please bestow it upon me now. Saying thus, receive one's own accomplishment. Then, the master bestows empowerment in sequence 326, and the disciples also, placing the flowers of the charnel ground in their palms, say thus: In the mandala of the secret supreme charnel ground, after scattering flowers with the substances of the charnel ground, please bestow the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. After saying thus, offer to the mandala. Then, the master gives the vajra to the disciple's hand, in the mandala of the secret supreme charnel ground, after leading the bodhi vajra onto the path, please bestow the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Place it in the center of the mandala and bestow empowerment. Bestowing empowerment on oneself with blood and wine as follows: The realm of non-dual wisdom intermingling, the cause of various great gatherings arising, for the sake of bestowing empowerment on this fortunate one, the kapala, the vow substance for practicing supreme nectar, bestow this secret complete mind accomplishment. 以意念灌顶轮回之法，布尔雅黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 金黄色如意功德庄严之身，以须弥山之八大总持与嬉戏，如意满足一切愿望， 赐予宝生黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 翠绿色事业种种涌现之身，以修持所成之座与嬉戏，安置一切众生于菩提安乐， 赐予羯磨黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 金刚黑鲁嘎之大，与莲花黑鲁嘎之胜，布尔雅黑鲁嘎之成就，宝生黑鲁嘎之教法，羯磨黑鲁嘎之加持，五黑鲁嘎之成就不可动摇而住。 今以秘密黑鲁嘎四尊灌顶，以轮回融入法界为灌顶之王， 将轮回众生融入无执之界。 以无执莲花大乐旋转，赐予惹嘎黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 以慈悲不忘轮回之边际，以意念陀罗尼相连而恒常观照， 以誓言圆满大乐无上旋转，赐予萨努黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 以秘密慈悲陀罗尼之加持，令烦恼如老烟雾般消散， 以秘密旋转之大乐空性母，赐予古雅黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 断除一切烦恼轮回， 以慈悲度脱一切于大乐之音中， 以猛烈威慑断除轮回， 令真实菩提心明晰显现， 赐予雅嘎黑鲁嘎之灌顶。 如是金刚界自在母乃是大父之灌顶， 莲花界自在母乃是秘密母之灌顶， 宝生界自在母乃是功德圆满之灌顶， 事业界自在母乃是事业海之灌顶， 虚空界自在母乃是共同广大海之灌顶， 五界自在母赐予灌顶。 五大种聚合转为一切之王。 惹嘎卓迪无执无垢之灌顶， 萨努卓迪誓言圆满之灌顶， 古雅卓迪无生无死之灌顶， 雅嘎卓迪断除轮回之灌顶， 以秘密四大母赐予灌顶， 于无有聚散之界自然成就。 此后于自生班杂灌顶

Having empowered the mind with the Dharma of existence, the empowerment of Burnya Heruka. The golden body adorned with wish-fulfilling qualities, with the eight great circumambulations and play of the great Mount Meru, fulfilling all desires and wishes as desired, granting the empowerment of Ratna Heruka. The turquoise body from which various activities arise, with the seat and play accomplished through recitation, establishing all beings in the bliss of enlightenment, granting the empowerment of Karma Heruka. The greatness of Vajra Heruka, and the excellence of Padma Heruka, the accomplishment of Burnya Heruka, the teachings of Ratna Heruka, the blessings of Karma Heruka, the accomplishments of the five Herukas remain unchangeable. Now, empowering with the four secret Herukas, by uniting samsara into the expanse, being the king of empowerment, uniting sentient beings of samsara into the realm of non-attachment. With the non-attached lotus swirling with great bliss, granting the empowerment of Raga Heruka. Not forgetting with compassion the edge of samsara, constantly contemplating with the connection of the mind's dharani, with the vows of complete great bliss swirling unsurpassed, granting the empowerment of Sanu Heruka. With the blessings of the secret compassion dharani, making afflictions like old smoke disappear, with the secret swirling great bliss mother of emptiness, granting the empowerment of Guhya Heruka. Cutting off all afflictions and samsara, liberating all into the sound of great bliss with compassion, cutting off existence with fierce wrath, making the ultimate bodhicitta clearly manifest, granting the empowerment of Yaga Heruka. Thus, the Vajra realm sovereign mother is the empowerment of the great father, the Padma realm sovereign mother is the empowerment of the secret mother, the Ratna realm sovereign mother is the empowerment of complete qualities, the Karma realm sovereign mother is the empowerment of the ocean of activities, the space realm sovereign mother is the empowerment of the common vast ocean, the five realm sovereign mothers grant empowerment. The aggregation of the five elements transforms into the king of all. Raga Kroti, the empowerment of non-attachment and flawlessness. Sanu Kroti, the empowerment of complete vows. Guhya Kroti, the empowerment of no birth and no death. Yaga Kroti, the empowerment of cutting off samsara. By the empowerment of the four secret great mothers, spontaneously accomplished in the realm of inseparable union. Then, the self-arisen Bandha empowerment.
