Wrathful King with three faces and six arms, possessing the sound of Hūṃ. By proclaiming the sound of Hūṃ, gather the three realms under control. By proclaiming the sound of Phaṭ, gather the Māmo under control. I offer this great conch filled with Rakta. Please accomplish all the tasks I entrust to you. From the Glorious Fierce Mantra Moon Secret Black Butcher Razor Tantra: Chapter Eleven, Praising the Main Deity and Entrusting Activities. Then, the glorious Vajradhara, to subdue the difficult-to-tame wrathful one, asked this of Great Bliss Yang: "He He, Great Hero, Fearful One, what is the essence of life that is the unchanging root of the gods? What should be practiced and accomplished? How should fierce actions be performed?" Having asked this, he replied: "Listen well and keep it in mind. These seventeen letters of the mantra, take to heart as my essence. By reciting this mantra a hundred thousand kotis of times in the past, or constantly and continuously, the accomplishments of the body are immeasurable. Gods and demons are gathered under one's control. If angered, even the gods can be destroyed. If this is constantly recited, power and miracles will be perfectly complete. Thus he spoke. From the Glorious Fierce Mantra Moon Secret Black Butcher Razor Tantra: Chapter Thirteen, Teaching the Accomplishment Mantra. Then, the application of actions is explained. In a charnel ground, on a cubit of corpse cloth, thoroughly soak it in poison and blood. Recite the mantra of the silent wrathful one and apply it to the Yama of action. Cleanse it thoroughly with Nolu and other substances. Then, stretch it out on four pegs. Subdue it thoroughly with white earth and rock water. Then, one should draw the wheel. The wheel should be made in three layers. In the center, draw three dots.
