Inflict diseases and plagues upon enemies. Thus, it is urged. From the Tantra of the Glorious Wrathful Mantra, the Moon Secret Black Wrathful Butcher Razor, the Forty-fourth Chapter: Invoking the Matris. Then, from among all the Matris, this method of inflicting diseases by Remati, the mistress of diseases, was taught. These are concise wrathful mantras. Then, these evil mantras were taught. On the base of the blood of one who died from intestinal colic, mix four strong poisons. Equal parts of rhubarb and old butter. Recite the mantra and administer it, it will turn into intestinal colic. Mix butter, wild bees, and zoshi with strong poison and smear it on the body, it will turn into leprosy. Mix butter, strong poison, and camphor with leprosy blood, and smear wormwood oil and leaves on clothing, it will turn into leprosy. Mix camphor and dry leprosy blood and put it in alcohol, it will affect the heart. Mix various poisons with blood, then mix with plague blood and white dog feces, and pour it into a spring with nagas, it will inflict plague. Pile up old dog feces, put rock salt and datura on top, ignite it, and gradually apply it in the direction of the wind, it will cause death. Administer dry leprosy blood and mare's milk, it will cause leprosy. Administer pork and fish cooked with black wormwood, it will cause the body to swell and die. There are thousands upon thousands of mantras. From the Tantra of the Glorious Wrathful Mantra, the Moon Secret Black Wrathful Butcher Razor, the Forty-sixth Chapter: The Mistress of Diseases. Then, the Bhagavan himself, in order to perform the actions of madness and possession, taught this work of the lord of life. The place is to be practiced on the top of seven peaks, in a temple, or on a white rock. Spread clean silk or clean monastic felt, then scatter various grains, and also camphor.
