也献上血与心。于心之命脉处书写姓名。对克尤久泽等作敌人之形。于心间明点之中央塑姓名。从颈部以蓝红色线系上。置于右手无名指尖。身着绿黑色衣，头戴黑帽。于尸林布或婆罗门皮上。以茜草、水草染成黄色。以毒与血绘八辐轮。于轮之辐条上书写阎魔法。于中央之脐中安立大神之精要。以外层围绕降伏咒语。轮加持、灌顶、发愿。置婆罗门等麻风病人头盖骨上。其中盛入金、铁、铜，以及银与心之物、血之物等众多，置于颅骨中央曼扎之口上。次第如法生起三种三摩地。于次第增上之大权之上观想一个（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）བྷྲཱུྃ། ，भ्रूं，bhrūṃ，种子字）。从（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）བྷྲཱུྃ། ，भ्रूं，bhrūṃ，种子字）中生出燃烧之天之宫殿。生起无内外，一切皆明亮。于中央，于交叠之水牛大垫上。于日月轮猛烈燃烧之上。从ཡ་中生起燃烧之文殊阎魔法身。六面十二臂，清晰生起。其周围安住天众。念诵“玛哈德瓦 吽”。于中央，大神玛哈德瓦亦，身色黑色，三眼具獠牙。三尖燃烧，右持琼鸟旗。左持索、棍、金刚杵。观想眉间闪电，降下劫末之霹雳。眷属之神亦骑马降霹雳。如是，以三摩地清晰观想。阎魔法以 身护持，摄受。吽。从诸事业次第进行之顶峰。以愿力使教法增上。玛哈德瓦大神自在为主。诛杀毁坏教法之敌人，以及为了赞颂佛陀护法本尊。祈请连同眷属无余降临。嗡 扎 玛 绕 恰 诶 嘿 雅 嘿 札 吽 班 霍。欢喜恭敬合掌，双膝跪地。赞颂天神您之功德，以瞻波迦花与莲花遍洒。今日赞颂，向您敬礼。您之心如同虚空中央。

Also offer blood and heart. Write the name on the lifeblood of the heart. Make enemy effigies of Kre'u cu tse etc. Place the name in the center of the bindu in the heart. Dye it yellow with madder and aquatic plants. Draw an eight-spoked wheel with poison and blood. Write the essence of Yama on the spokes of the wheel. Place the essence of the great god in the center of the navel. Surround the outer layer with subjugation mantras. Consecrate the wheel, empower it, and make aspirations. Place it on the skull of a Brahmin or leper. Fill it with gold, iron, copper, silver, heart substances, and many blood substances. Place it in the center of the skull on the mouth of the mandala. Generate the three samadhis in order and properly. On top of the successively increasing great power, contemplate a single (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). From (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) bhrūṃ, generate a burning palace of the deity. Generate it without inside and outside, clear everywhere. In the center, on a crossed great buffalo cushion. Above the fiercely burning sun and moon wheels. From ya, generate the burning form of Manjushri Yamantaka. Generate six faces and twelve arms clearly. The assembly of deities dwells around it. By reciting "Mahadeva Hum". Yamantaka with Protect the body and subdue. Hum. From the peak of successively progressing actions. By the power of aspiration, increase the doctrine. Mahadeva, the great powerful god, is the chief. Subdue the enemies who destroy the doctrine, and for the sake of praising the Buddha, Dharma protectors, and the Three Jewels. Please come together with the retinue without exception. Om Pramana Raksha Ehyahi Jah Hum Bam Hoh. With joyful and respectful palms together, kneeling on both knees. Praise the qualities of the supreme deity, and scatter champaka flowers and lotuses everywhere. Praise today and pay homage to you. Your mind is like the center of the sky.

Performing the benefit of beings with rays of light, On the seat of the unhindered soaring swan, Steadfastly abide, I pray for accomplishments. The four great gods of the retinue, the terrible hailstorm bringers, Reside on the seat of the powerful, unhindered, supreme horse. With rice and kusha grass, along with offering water, And camphor, saffron, musk, cardamom, etc., The best of sesame oil, fragrant, bright butter lamps, Fragrant water with duruka and so on, Molasses food with lapana butter and so on, Conch shells, corals, copper, and krashel, Drums, cymbals, earthenware drums, munjati mili, Chalangs, piwangs, single-stringed tamburas, Songs, dances, games, amusements, and so on, All the means of happiness, without exception, I offer as offerings, I pray you accept with compassion. Body color black, three eyes, bared fangs, With the attire of a hermit, adorned with lotus garlands, Four faces gazing all over the four continents, With the sound of melodious bells, the tone of speech, Great Powerful One, I prostrate and praise you. The four ministers of the retinue of gods, Riding on horses, brandishing swords, Diligent in the work of bringing down hailstorms, We praise and prostrate to you. With this mantra, I propitiate the gods, Om Maha Deva Ti Dza Ti Dza Lam Pra Man Pra Man Raksha Kang Kang La Yang Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Deva Ra Tsa Dza Maha Ni Drabo Che Gemo Ni Thum Thum Rab. Thus praising, I perform propitiation, Even if innocent, I establish witnesses, I confess the committed offenses before the painted image, Crying for help, throwing away the torma, Praising the executioner, I urge the gods, Circumambulating to the right, I urge the commitment, From the summit of the twenty realms of desire, From the pleasure grove of the gods of the form realm, From the palace, the celestial mansion of bliss, From the empowerment of the banner of Dharma, The great god, the great powerful one, Whose body is blazing red and yellow, Limitless four faces destroying the four continents, The right hand holds a lotus, free from defects, The lower hand holds a rosary, increasing knowledge mantras, The left hand holds a vase, fulfilling needs and desires, The lower hand holds bellows, subduing enemies and obstacles, The swan instantly goes to the desired place, Having adorned with yellow lotuses.
