Draw a triangle at each of the four doors. Then, the nine supreme phurbas. Write the mantras of the nine life-lords. In the center, place four white hearts. Clearly generate the ornaments and attire. Kulesho on the eastern spoke. Place Agni on the southern spoke. Ugne is on the western spoke. Place Drangse on the northern spoke. Shangse in the east, Dakho in the south. Nikho in the west, Nida in the north. Thus, arrange the four doors. In a wooden plate, conch shell bowl, rhinoceros hide cover. Arrange the torma of various hearts. The white sheep's heart and life are not separated. Place the name and bones inside the life-vein. Place the heart tip upwards. Seal it with white silk and butter. Place the life-lord himself in the center. Place the torma of blood types in the east. Place the torma of meat types in the south. Place the torma of bone types in the west. Place the torma of kidney types in the north. Then, the torma of the four doors as well. Place various livers in the east door. Place large meat and various grains in the south door. Place the spleen in the west door.
