甘露蒸汽以白色方面，彻底斩断四百零四种疾病。 甘露药王请您守誓言，谁若对您有信心，胜过母亲的慈爱。 因此，疾病之主，药物之尊，女神啊，我恒常赞颂您。 在胜者释迦牟尼佛的面前，此时我乃至轮回存在期间， 白色的方面，疾病和痛苦之众，令其寂灭，增上寿命和受用。 从黑色的方面，寿命和受用摄为己用，疯狂、癫痫、喑哑之事，毫不耽搁迅速成办。 为了守护教法，迅速成办，若有违越，即为欺骗诸佛之身，三世诸佛请击打其头和心。 如是于诸佛前立誓盟，如誓言一般迅速成办事业，瑜伽士我的眷属们， 请从您的口中降下甘露之雨，息灭疾病和痛苦之众， 增上财物、庄稼、谷物之堆，以及珍宝、牲畜。 诋毁上师，贬低三宝的威望，对于我制造善业障碍的仇敌， 请从您的腹中放出毒气，令四种聚合之病聚集， 令四种行为坠地而粉碎，令五种心要从腹中吐血， 令恶业眷属在哀嚎中煎熬，降下空行母众的凶兆，如誓言一般迅速成办所托付的事业。 如是赞颂并托付事业后，将所求之瘟疫降临于彼方， 收摄母命而杀之，如是说。吉祥阎魔法秘密黑续中，瘟疫之主母曜秘密之月第六十六品。 之后，薄伽梵阎魔敌如是说，为了降伏违逆，降伏各种恶疾之方法， 母曜秘密修法月亮秘密明点，方法之结合虽多， 总摄则为四种，无上成就威力自生，世间 成就意义之威力，缘起成就之结合，从物质之能力中产生，对于鬼神和物质兼具者。

May the white aspects, with the vapor of nectar, completely cut off the four hundred and four diseases. Nectar, king of medicine, please abide by your oath. Whoever has faith in you, you cherish more than a mother. Therefore, mistress of diseases, supreme of medicines, goddess, I always praise you. In the presence of the Victorious Shakyamuni Buddha, at this time, as long as I exist in samsara, May the white aspects, the multitude of diseases and sufferings, be pacified, and may life and prosperity increase. From the black aspects, may life and prosperity be brought under control. May the work of madness, epilepsy, and muteness be done quickly without delay. For the sake of protecting the teachings, may it be accomplished quickly. If this is transgressed, it is deceiving the body of the Buddhas. May the Buddhas of the three times strike their heads and hearts. Thus, having vowed and pledged before the Buddhas, may you quickly accomplish the work as vowed. To the yogi's retinue, May the rain of nectar fall from your mouth, and may the multitude of diseases and sufferings be pacified. May wealth, crops, piles of grain, and precious livestock increase. Those who slander the lama and diminish the glory of the Three Jewels, the enemies who create obstacles to my virtue, May you release poisonous vapor from your belly, and may the diseases of the four elements gather. May the four actions fall to the ground and be crushed. May the five vital organs vomit blood from within. May the retinue of evil deeds suffer in wailing. May the evil omens of the assembly of Garuda kings fall. As vowed, quickly accomplish the entrusted work. Thus, having praised and entrusted the work, may the desired epidemic fall upon that side. Having gathered the mother's life, may it be killed. Thus it was said. From the root tantra of the Glorious Yamaraja, the Black Secret, the sixty-sixth chapter, which teaches the secret moon of the Mamo, the mistress of epidemics. Then, the Bhagavan, the Slayer of Yama, said this: For the sake of subduing opposition, the method of subduing various evil diseases, This Mamo's secret practice, the secret moon bindu, although there are many combinations of methods, When summarized, it is gathered into four types: the supreme accomplishment, power self-arisen, the worldly Accomplishment, the power of meaning, the combination of interdependent accomplishment, arises from the power of substances, for both spirits and substances.
