Contemplate this solitary place: In the center of the great ocean, Like Mount Meru in the shape of a stupa, Adorned with a vase and wish-fulfilling willow branches, Two snakes beautiful like hanging silk, Thoroughly covered with ornaments of the four families, With four doors and eight pillars, perfectly complete, Below that, two-thirds are exceedingly beautiful, Abundant with the enjoyments of animals. In the empty space of that vase, Abiding together with the golden-eyed blazing one, contemplate thus: The glorious, boundless conch-holder, And the full, wealth-endowed vase, and so forth, And the joyful one, the world-holder, the unheated one, The eight Nagas, lords of the four families, And abiding by entwining around the body, Ornaments of immeasurable great wealth, Silk hangings and lotus ornaments, The glorious mother and the conch-holding mother, Naga women of the four families, and so forth, abiding together with them. Then, the Bhagavan Yamari spoke this method of counteracting. In a solitary place, charnel ground, island, Or spring, forest, wherever one abides, The mandala is equal and pleasing, Sprinkle with incense, perfume, and medicine, Draw a wheel with four spokes and a circumference, Write the four doors and the four families, In the center is Vajrapani, On the four wheels are four garudas, Four boat-shaped offering vases, Five medicines, five incenses, five jewels, Five grains, five flowers, and so forth, Bless the twelve fives. Place four offering tormas at the doors, Together with Bhama and Mahadeva, The Brahma seal of five fingers, Place the offering substances for the sky-garuda. Then, the stages of meditation are: First, the emptiness bodhicitta, Second, the arising of compassion, Third, from the aspect of the cause, From the seed syllable vam (藏文,梵文天城體,vam,水) arises, In the center of the great ocean, From lam (藏文,梵文天城體,lam,地) arises the precious Mount Meru, Above that, from bhrum (藏文,梵文天城體,bhrum,鹏鸟) arises Garuda, From the blessing of the vajra wings, Arise the four Garuda kings, White, red, yellow, and green, Meditate on the spokes of the four wheels, On the spoke of the eastern wheel, Meditate on the powerful wisdom garuda, His body color is white, beautiful, and radiant, Three faces with vajra beaks, Long and red, and the eyes are also red, With an open mouth and shaking hair, Wisdom wings spread and the body also trembles greatly, The body and limbs are adorned with precious lapis lazuli, The first of the six right hands holds a dharma wheel.
