Then, again, the Bhagavan Yama Dharmaraja spoke thus: This king of tantras, Black Moon Secret, whichever yogi of the future practices, will not transgress the samaya, and the retinue of wrathful deities, male and female, and the ging and demonesses, etc., will also accomplish my samaya, so in the final age, this secret mantra dharma, to those who harm the bodies of yogis, by the power of samaya, they promise to help them. Then, the Bhagavan Yama Dharmaraja and the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, and the King of Tantras, Black Moon Secret, and others, knowing that this is a mirror that protects all the teachings, therefore the directional guardians, Yama and his consort, and the demons, tsen, ging, gods, nagas, medicine, planets, yakshas, and matrikas, etc., the majority of those assembled, were greatly frightened and amazed, and praised it.

Emaho, destroyer of sins, possessing excellent four names that transcend limits. You are the slayer of all, including demons and Yama. You destroy the fierce hordes of Rudra. You liberate with compassion, I prostrate and praise you. Great wisdom is clear like the sun in the sky. The rays of Bodhicitta appear in the realm of Dharma. You subdue arrogance with the swift force of bravery. Hero who subdues demons, I prostrate and praise you. Like a precious treasure, fulfilling all desires, You are the treasury of Sugata's prophecies and all valid reasoning. King of Terrors, the Tantra of the Black Moon Secret, Cutting off arrogance, we pay homage to this Tantra. Having praised thus, all dharmas are gathered into the state of equality. From the Tantra of Manjushri Black Moon Secret, the Tantra of the Body, Speech, and Mind of all the Tathagatas, the fifty-eighth chapter, the chapter of praise by the retinue.
