One face, two hands, holding a crossed vajra and a skull cup filled with blood. At the front corner of the great glorious one, a dazzling, equal indigo black. One face, two hands, holding a wheel and a skull cup filled with blood. The emanated retinue, seventy-two queen goddesses. Door protectors, command guardians, and the entirety of wrathful actions manifest. In the center of the southwest mandala, within a crescent moon and the syllable E. On top of a great lion, silk banners, and layers of lotus petals. The glorious one's supreme form, the vajra skull. Although the faces, hands, body colors, and hand implements are diverse, for the purpose of taming beings, one face and two hands are clear. The right hand holds a vajra, the left hand rings a bell.
