祈请。 嗟！嗟！嗟！ 一切导师普贤王。 大悲至尊黑汝嘎（Heruka）。 无论修持何种世间智慧， 若未掌握命橛转变之次第， 如是祈请，蒙受开示： 无论修持何种智慧世间， 若未以四命橛封印， 则永无意义，即便以幻术， 亦是颠倒正理之虚妄戏论。 若知圆满光荣之夺命法， 则知一即得一切命。 譬如罗睺罗之口， 若能抓住虚空一太阳， 则千百水月之诸太阳， 纵未执持亦得千命。 是故四命橛至关重要。 于寂静处设坛城， 中央置具相颅器内， 明观一尊大光荣身。 生圆次第如法行， 诵咒圆满后， 处于无念离戏之等持中。 其后，光荣之夺命法， 即是等持橛与心要橛， 意之橛与放收橛。 等持橛者，于颅器身， 一心执持，莫散乱。 与三界大力者， 及光荣黑汝嘎真身相见。 若行颠倒，黑汝嘎不喜。 若无不变等持橛， 则身何时亦不得见。 心要咒橛乃圆满之， 主尊咒语，无间念诵。 于心命吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），绕以根本咒， 于明观放收中， 数念命咒。 彼时亦现光荣之兆， 能力功德圆满，诸佛围绕。 若无命心近圆橛， 则诸佛与护法不围绕。 意之橛者，乃寂怒诸尊， 圆满光荣大尊，即自心。 无有他处，鲁扎亦， 不在他处，即自心。 心性本空即法身， 明而无滞即报身， 种种自显即化身， 显现为父，空性为母， 显空无别即智慧身。 动念分别无量数， 亦是圆满光荣之坛城。 不可思议本初佛， 不离自性而动摇。 若无不变意之橛， 纵成就大光荣，亦是共成就， 不得胜成就，且入歧途成鲁扎。 放收之橛，若知， 目标之转变，则随欲而变。 等持之放收，

If one knows the method of completely seizing the glorious life, Then knowing one is obtaining all lives. For example, the mouth of Rahula, If one can grasp the one sun in the sky, Then the suns of thousands of water moons, Even if not held, one obtains a thousand lives. Therefore, the four life-pegs are crucial. In a solitary place, arrange the mandala, In the center, place a qualified skull cup, Clearly visualize a single great glorious body. After the generation and completion stages are properly performed, And the mantra recitation is completed, Abide in the non-conceptual, free-from-activity samadhi. Thereafter, the method of seizing the glorious life, Is the samadhi peg and the essence peg, The intention peg and the emission-absorption peg. The samadhi peg is on the skull cup body, Holding the mind one-pointedly, without distraction. Meeting the powerful one of the three realms, And the actual glorious Heruka. If acting in reverse, Heruka does not approve. If there is no unchanging samadhi peg, Then the body will never be seen. For example, if iron ore is smelted, it can be transformed into armor and weapons at will. Even if unsmelted stone is iron, it cannot be made into any object without transformation. Therefore, if one accomplishes a deity or spirit, whatever transformation one engages in will be accomplished. First, the transformation of prolonging life, in any realm of wisdom, after completing the recitation of that deity, arrange offerings and substances according to the ritual. In particular, fill a qualified skull cup (Tibetan: བྷནྡྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: bhaNDa, Chinese literal meaning: skull cup) with longevity wine and longevity butter, and seal the opening with a round longevity cake.
