་ཡི་དམ་ལྷ། །བདེ་གཤེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ལ། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་བཤགས་པ་དང་། །རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་གསོལ་བསྐུལ་གདབ། །སྐྱབས་གསོལ་ལུས་དབུལ་དགེ་རྩ་བསྔོ། །ཚད་མེད་བཞི་ཡང་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ནས་སྟོང་པའི་ཏིང་འཛིན་ བསྒོམ། །འོད་ཕུང་ཚུར་འདུས་བདག་རང་ཉིད། །དེ་ཡི་ནང་དུ་ཧཱུཾ་གནས་པ། །དེ་ལས་ཙ་འཕྲོས་འཁོར་ལོར་གྱུར། །ལྟོ་བར་ཉི་བསམ་ཧཱུཾ་དེ་ཉིད། །དེ་ལས་གནོད་མཛེས་རྒྱལ་པོར་གྱུར། །དེ་ཐུགས་ཧཱུཾ་གི་འཕྲོ་འདུ་ལས། །ཁྲོ་བོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཅུ་རུ་གྱུར། །ཧཱུཾ་བཞིའི་གསང་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པ་ཡིས། །ཁྲོ་བཅུའི་སྤྲུལ་པས་གདུག་པ་དགུག །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཕུར་བུས་གདབ། །བཏུལ་ཞིང་སྦྱངས་ནས་ནམ་མཁར་གྱུར། །དེ་ལས་ཧཱུཾ་གི་འཕྲོ་འདུ་ལས། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་གུར་དང་ར་བ་དང་། །དྲྭ་བ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར་པའོ། །ཧཱུཾ་གི་འཕྲོ་འདུས་སླར་ལ་བཞུ། །སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ལས་འོད་ཕུང་བྱུང་། །དེ་ལས་ཉི་ཟླ་ཁ་སྦྱར་གྱུར། །དེ་སྟེང་རང་སེམས་ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ། །འཕྲོ་འདུས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་བ་ལས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་ནི་དྲིལ་བུར་གྱུར། །དེ་ལས་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་སྐུ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁྲོ་བོ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །སྐུ་མདོག་མཐིང་ནག་ཞལ་གཅིག་པ། །ཕྱག་གཉིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་བྷན་དམར་བསྣམས། །ཞབས་གཉིས་བརྐྱང་བསྐུམ་དོར་སྟབས་ཀྱིས། །པདྨ་ཉི་ཟླའི་སྟེང་ན་བགྲད། །ཡུམ་ཡང་ཡབ་དང་མཐུན་པར་བསྐྱེད། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་སུ་བྱིན་བརླབས་ཤིང་། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ལ། །ཕྱི་ནང་བདུད་རྩིའི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །དེ་ལྟར་བསྒོམ་ལ་བཟླས་པ་བྱ། །ཉི་སྟེང་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཡི། །མཚན་མ་ལ་སོགས་གསལ་བསྒོམས་ནས། །འོད་ཟེར་ལ་ནི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་བསྐྱེད། །མ་གསལ་བར་དུ་བཟླས་པ་བྱ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བཟླས་པ་བྱ། །དེ་ནས་རྫོགས་པའི་རིམ་པ་བསྒོམ་པ་ནི། །ལྷ་ཉིད་སེམས་སུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །རང་ཉིད་ལྷ་ལ་ལྷ་ཉིད་རང་། །བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་གསུམ་གྱི་ས་ལམ་སྦྱང་། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །རྒྱུན་གྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་བསྡུས་དོན། ཁྲོ་བོ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྐྱང་པའི་སྒྲུབ་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་པའོ།། །།བསྡུས་དང་ཤིན་ཏུ་བསྡུས་པ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྐྱང་པའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་སྐབས་ཏེ་བདུན་པའོ།། །།དེ་ནས་སྤྱི་དཔལ་ཀུན་བཟང་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ལ་ཞུས་པ། ཨེ་ མ་སྤྱི་དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །ཕྱི་སྒྲུབ་རྡུལ་ཚོན་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ། །བརྟེན་ནས་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཇི་ལྟར་ལགས། །སྤྱི་དཔལ་ཆེན་པོས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། །ཉོན་ཅིག་འདུས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་རྣམས། །བདེ་གཤེགས་བསྒྲུབ་པ་བཀའ་བརྒྱད་ལྷ

本尊神。 祈请一切善逝降临， 顶礼供养并忏悔， 随喜劝请祈祷， 祈求救护，奉献身体，回向善根， 还要修持四无量心。 之后修持空性三摩地， 光蕴聚拢，我即自身， 在那之中吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）安住， 从那发出匝（藏文：ཙ，梵文天城体：ca，梵文罗马拟音：ca，汉语字面意思：匝）化为轮。 在腹中观想日，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）即彼， 从那化为损美国王。 彼心间吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的光芒聚散， 化为十大忿怒尊。 以四吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的秘密真言念诵， 以十忿怒尊的化身降伏恶毒， 以身语意的金刚橛钉住， 调伏净化后化为空性。 从那吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的光芒聚散， 化为金刚帐和围墙， 以及罗网。 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的光芒聚散再次融入， 从空性中生出光蕴， 从那化为日月交合， 其上自心为字母吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）， 光芒聚散融化为光， 化为金刚杵和铃。 从那化为善逝汇聚之身， 金刚忿怒嘿汝嘎， 身色蓝黑，一面， 双手持金刚杵和血颅， 双足以伸屈抛掷之姿， 站立于莲花日月之上。 明妃也如父尊般生起， 身语意加持， 迎请智慧萨埵， 献上内外甘露供品。 如是观修并念诵， 在日上智慧萨埵的， 形象等清晰观想后， 在光芒上生起字母， 在未清晰前念诵， 念诵 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：āḥ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 之后修持圆满次第， 知晓本尊即是心， 自己是本尊，本尊即自己， 修习生圆三地的道。 如是说。 常规瑜伽的简要义。 忿怒尊单独手印修法品，第六十二。 简略和极简略单独手印之理的章节，第七。 之后请问总持吉祥普贤嘿汝嘎： 唉玛，总持吉祥嘿汝嘎， 如何依于外修的彩沙坛城， 而进行修持呢？ 总持大吉祥者开示说： 谛听，聚集的大众们， 修持善逝的八教本尊。

Deity. Please invite all Sugatas to come, I prostrate, offer, confess, rejoice, request and implore. I ask for refuge, offer my body, dedicate the roots of virtue, and also meditate on the four immeasurables. Then meditate on the emptiness samadhi. The mass of light gathers back, I am myself. In that, HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) dwells. From that, TSA (藏文：ཙ，梵文天城体：ca，梵文罗马拟音：ca，汉语字面意思：匝) emanates and becomes a wheel. In the belly, think of the sun, that very HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). From that, it becomes the king of harm and beauty. From that heart, from the gathering and dispersing of HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), it becomes ten great wrathful ones. By reciting the secret mantra of the four HUMs (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the emanations of the ten wrathful ones subdue the wicked. Fix them with the kila of body, speech, and mind. Tame and purify them, and they become space. From that, from the gathering and dispersing of HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), it becomes a vajra tent, a fence, and a net. The gathering and dispersing of HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) dwells again. From emptiness, a mass of light arises. From that, the sun and moon become united. On top of that, one's own mind is the letter HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). From the gathering and dispersing, it melts into light, and becomes a vajra and a bell. From that, the body of the assembled Sugatas, Vajra Krodha Heruka, body color dark blue, one face, two hands holding a vajra and a red skull cup, two feet in a posture of stretching and bending, standing on a lotus, sun, and moon. The consort is also generated in accordance with the father. Bless the body, speech, and mind, and invite the wisdom being, and offer outer and inner nectar offerings. Thus, meditate and recite. On the sun, the wisdom being's marks, etc., are clearly meditated upon. On the rays of light, generate the letters. Recite until it is clear. Know that the deity is the mind. Oneself is the deity, the deity is oneself. Practice the paths and grounds of the three stages of generation and completion. Thus it is said.
