With the blessing of the unimpeded, the wheel's spokes have four great executioners. In the east is Yamaraja (藏文：ཡ་མ་རཱ་ཛ་，梵文天城体：यमराज，梵文罗马拟音：Yamarāja，汉语字面意思：Yamaraja), with his consort, the turquoise single-haired mother, and the Tara, Namdru Remati. In the south is the intoxicating burner, with his consort, the fierce black-yellow mother, and the Tara, the mistress of blood. In the west is the great executioner Marutse, with his consort, the radiant goddess, and the Tara, the all-pervading mother of the four continents. In the north is the one with nine braids, with his consort, the black mother Remati, and the Tara, the demoness with the drooping head. In the intermediate space of the mandala, in the east is Kongtse Drakjom, with his mother, the Vajra single-haired mother. In the south is Shinje Yawati, with his mother, the bear's Abshammo. In the west is Shinje Migpa, with his mother, the seductive knee-walking mother. In the north is the supreme deity Dukala, with his mother, the smoky-black single-haired mother. In the southeast is Awa Langgo, with his mother, the white-gray hermit. In the southwest is Shinje Migmarla, with his mother, the blood-red single-haired mother. In the northwest is Shinje Telpa, with his mother, the wind god with one eye and also three eyes. In the northeast is the Dharma King, with his mother, the three-eyed, teeth-gnashing one. Above is Shinje Nakjom, with his mother, the crystal nine-faced mother. Above is Shinje Pasangla, with his mother, the crystal-eyed wrathful one. Below is Shinje Marpo, with his mother, the black single-haired mother. Below is Shinje Todyuk, with his mother, the red nine-headed mother. At the four gates are the four gatekeepers of Shinje. In the east is the conch-shell vulture head. In the south is the black tiger head. In the west is the rhino vulture head. In the north is the iron wolf head. Outside, In the black iron fence, dwell the ging, demons, mothers, and butchers. Meditate on the main deity and retinue. In the mandala of the western direction, in the center is the Wrathful King Great Powerful One, with his mother, the seductive single-haired mother. On the right is the King of Action, and on the left is the Queen of Action. On the four spokes of the mandala wheel, in the east is the Wisdom Subduer, with his mother, the Wrathful Mother Unvanquished. In the south is the Action Wrathful One Subduer, with his mother, the Vajra Wrathful Frowning Mother. In the west is the Wisdom Mother Mamo Subduer, with his mother, the Vajra Single-Eyed Mother. In the north is the Great Garuda Subduer, with his mother, the Vajra Corpse Mother. In the four directions of the outer corridor of the mandala, in the east is the male lineage.

Subduer, and, the consort is Vajra Karma Mother. In the south, the mother tantra subduer, and, the consort is Yama Karma Mother. In the west, the nagas subduer, and, the consort is Naga Woman Karma Mother. In the north, the planets subduer, and, the consort is Yaksha Karma Mother. In the four directions and four doors, there are four gatekeepers. At the east gate is Vajra Hook Woman, at the south gate is Vajra Lasso Woman, at the west gate is Vajra Chain Woman, at the north gate is Vajra Bell Woman. On the outer black iron fence, there are Kham Hundreds, the Blind, dogs, wolves, and messengers, etc., as Dharma protectors. All the deities of the Lotus Speech, contemplate as the main deity and retinue. In the great mandala of the northern direction, Great Glorious Vajrakumara, and, the supreme consort Wheel Increasing Mother. From the blessings of the father and mother, on the four spokes of the mandala wheel, in the east is Buddha Kilaya, in the south is Ratna Kilaya, in the west is Padma Kilaya, in the north is Karma Kilaya. In the intermediate directions and corners of the mandala, in the east is Nampar Gyalwa (Victorious), and, the consort is Vajra Pride Mother. Emanations are fox, tiger, and vulture heads. In the south is Yama Lord of Death, and, the consort is Cemetery Mistress. Emanations are deer and owl heads. In the west is Wrathful Hayagriva, and, the consort is Vajra Fierce Mother. Emanations are cat and scops owl heads. In the north is Nectar Swirl, and, the consort is Vajra Wind-Giving Mother. Emanations are lion and bat heads. In the southeast is Blue Staff, and, the consort is Vajra Claw Mother. Emanations are yak and raven heads. In the southwest is Unmoving Protector, and, the consort is Vajra Mortar Mother. Emanations are leopard and jackdaw heads. In the northwest is Invincible by Others, and, the consort is Vajra Arrow Pride Mother. Emanations are jackal and hawk heads. In the northeast is Three Realms Victorious, and, the consort is Vajra Moving Mother. Emanations are bear and marmot heads. Above is Wrathful Hūṃkāra (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ར།，梵文天城体：हूँकार，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃkāra，汉语字面意思：吽字), and, the consort is Vajra Sound-Giving Mother. Emanations are pig and groundhog heads. Below is Wrathful Great Power, and, the consort is Vajra Killing Mother. Emanations are bear and cat heads. In the four directions of the mandala are four gatekeepers, the east gate has a scops owl head, the south has a jackdaw head, the west has a flesh-eating bird head, and the north has a hawk head.
