A body fiercely blazing, dwells in the midst of the fire of the eon's end, unbearable like the fire of the final age, its radiance the gaze of a hundred thousand suns, wrathful furrows majestic with the flickering of a thousand lightning bolts, a roar like the collapse of a hundred thousand Mount Merus, the scattering wind of its expulsion vast. For such a wrathful one, the letters of body, speech, and mind are established, it is the gateway for those with hatred, meditate on the form of the wrathful one. All Buddhas are gathered into eight families, the eight families are gathered into five families, the five families are gathered into the Vajra family. The Victorious Ones, the five families and so forth, all the mudras of skillful means, are of one taste in the Dharmakaya Vajra, therefore, whatever appears, that is what it is. Thus, by meditating on one Victorious One, there is no one that is not the nature of all. If one possesses this yoga wisdom, there is nothing that is not meditated upon as Sugata. Thus it is said. This is the eighteenth chapter, the practice of the Great Secret One Family. Then, the Correct Determination is spoken, this practice of body, speech, and mind, the various distinctions of different characteristics, in the completeness of the three in one nature, are gathered into Vajrasattva himself. In the nature of unborn wisdom's sphere, the meaning of the unchanging, indestructible Vajra, is explained as Vajrasattva for the sake of benefiting beings. All phenomena, all sentient beings, are of one taste in the unborn, ultimate sphere, that itself is the Dharmata of the Victorious Ones of the three times, the nature of Samantabhadra Vajrasattva. That deity, such as that, self-awareness and wisdom are inseparable, it is the nature of Vajrasattva. Thus it is said. This is the nineteenth chapter, showing the nature of Vajrasattva. Then, the Correct Determination is spoken, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) is the body of all Sugatas, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) is the speech of all Sugatas, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is the mind of all Sugatas. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) is the body of sentient beings of the three realms, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) is the speech of sentient beings of the three realms, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is the mind of sentient beings of the three realms. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) purifies the obscurations of the body, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) purifies the obscurations of speech, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) purifies the obscurations of the mind. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) attains the siddhi of the body, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) attains the siddhi of speech, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) attains the siddhi of the mind. Thus it is said. This is the twentieth chapter, the three letters of the Great Secret One Family. At the time of practicing the Great Secret One Family.

Third. Then, all Sugatas abide in the peaceful and equal state of mind. At that time, the demoness named Tramka Rutra, due to ignorance of self and attachment to permanence, strayed from the right path, failing to comprehend the hidden secrets, instead clinging to concealed mysteries, and being deluded about cause and effect, became a coarse seed of existence, and was born in the extremely hot hell. Tormented by the suffering of heat, she was then born in the extremely cold hell. Traversing through the realms of heat and cold, she experienced twelve thousand kalpas. Thereafter, the demoness Tramka Rutra, with various limbs, various fierce weapons, and the race of gods, Asuras, Brahma, and even those below Great Fruit, who inflict with four hundred and four diseases, brought them all under her control. Such a cruel being was seen with wisdom by all the Sugatas. Through the blessings of compassion, or the blessings of the intention of all the Sugatas, appeared the Bhagavan Glorious Great Supreme Heruka, with a dark blue radiant body, twenty-one heads, forty-two hands holding forty-two peaceful deities, adorned with terrifying charnel ground ornaments, displaying an extremely frightening posture. And the consort named Wrathful Mother Sky-Faced Mother, with nine heads and eighteen hands, the first right hand holding a vajra, below are the eight Gauri mothers, the first left hand holding a red Bhanda filled, below are the eight Troma mothers, adorned with charnel ground attire, paying homage with utmost reverence. From the union of the inseparable father and mother, emanated various chaotic wrathful deities, filling the empty space with wrathful deities, subduing and liberating all arrogant beings such as the demoness Tramka Rutra, and her abdomen transformed into a charnel ground palace. The ninth mandala is a four-spoked wheel, with a four-sided porch in the middle, enclosed by iron fences, the four directions, four corners, and the center, all becoming palaces. Outside the four mandalas, there is also an outer courtyard, with four doors and door ornaments. Its outer layer is a sea of Rakta blood, surrounded by a vajra fence, and possessing a surrounding of a mountain of fire and a heap of flames.
