ཅན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་དེ་དག་དབུགས་ཕྱུང་ནས། མི་འཇིགས་པ་བྱིན་ཏེ་འདི་སྐད་དུ། ཀྱེ་མ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དྲེགས་པའི་ཚོགས། །ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ང་ལ་མ་འཇིགས་ཤིག །ང་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་བདག །ཆོས་ཉིད་ཞི་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་དང་ནི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི། །དུས་གསུམ་འདུས་བྱས་འདུས་མ་བྱས། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཉིད་ལ་མངོན་དུ་གསལ། །མ་འོངས་སེམས་ཅན་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར། །སྣ་ཚོགས་ལུས་ཀྱི་གསང་བ་སྟོན། །དྲེགས་པའི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱང་། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །ཉོན་མོངས་འཁྲུལ་པའི་དབང་གྱུར་ཏེ། །གནས་ངན་ལེན་གྱི་བག་ཆགས་ཀྱིས། །ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་མི་དགེར་སྤྱོད། །འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད། །ན་རག་ཆེན་པོར་ལྷུང་ནས་ནི། །ཐར་པའི་དུས་མེད་འབྱུང་སྲིད་ཀྱི། །དེ་བས་ད་ལྟའི་དུས་མཆོག་འདིར། །ང་དང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་། །མཛད་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རབ་སོན་པ། །བསྒོ་བའི་གསུང་བཞིན་ཉན་པར་གྱིས། །ལས་དང་སྲིད་པ་དོན་ཡོད་པ། །མི་དགེའི་བག་ཆགས་དོར་བར་གྱིས། །བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་ཟུང་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ལ། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ནུས་པ་དྲག་ཤུལ་དག །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་ པའི་རྗེས་སུ་སྤྱོད། །རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཀའ་བཞིན་སྐྱོངས། །ཁྱེད་ཅག་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྗེ་དཔོན་དང་། །བྲན་གཡོག་ཚུལ་དུ་སུས་བསྙེན་པ། །དངོས་གྲུབ་གསོལ་ཞིང་ཕྲིན་ལས་སྒྲུབས། །གལ་ཏེ་དེ་ལྟར་མི་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །གསང་བའི་ཚིག་ལས་འགལ་བྱེད་ན། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ལུས་སེམས་སྲོག་གི་རྒྱུད། །ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་མ་རུངས་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། དམ་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་ལ་བཀོད་ནས་བཞག་གོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་སྡེ་དཔོན་གྱི་ཚོགས་རབ་ཏུ་འདུས་པ་གླེང་གཞིའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་དང་པོའོ།། །།དེ་ནས་འདོད་པའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དྲེགས་པ་ཅན་གྱི་འཁོར་རབ་ཏུ་འདུས་པ་དེ་དག་གིས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་གསང་བའི་བདག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །ཀྱེ་མ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་གསང་བའི་བདག །འཇིག་རྟེན་གནས་པའི་དྲག་ཤུལ་ཅན། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་སྲེད་ལེན་གྱིས། །གང་གིས་མཆོད་ཅིང་བསྟེན་བྱས་ན། །བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ནི་དགའ་མགུ་རང་། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ལུང་རྗེས་བཞིན་དུ། །བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་འཛིན་པ་དེ་དག་ལ། །ཕྲིན་ལས་སྤྱོད་པའི་གྲོགས་བྱའི་ཕྱིར། །བདག་ཅག་སོ་སོའི་གནས་དང་དུས། །རང་གི་སྡེ་དང་འཁོར་གཡོག་དཔུང་། །མཐུན་པ

将眷属等全部驱逐后，赐予无畏并说道： 唉呀！世间傲慢之众， 你们不要害怕我！ 我是所有佛的， 身语意之事业主。 法性寂静大乐的， 慈悲和智慧的， 三时有为无为法， 刹那间显现明了。 为了未来众生的利益， 示现各种身的秘密。 傲慢的部主你们也， 从无始以来直到现在， 被烦恼迷惑所控制， 以恶劣的习气， 身语意造作不善业。 轮回的痛苦永不停止， 堕入大地狱后， 可能没有解脱之时。 因此在现在这个殊胜之时， 我和所有佛的， 身语意和功德， 以及事业圆满者， 请听从教诲之语。 使事业和存在有意义， 舍弃不善的习气。 树立学处之根本发心， 威力能力和猛烈， 追随佛的教法。 依持明者的教言而行。 你们这些国王和领主， 谁以奴仆的方式亲近， 就赐予成就并成办事业。 如果不这样做， 违背秘密的誓言， 你们的身心命脉， 立即就会变得凶恶。 这样训诫后， 安立于神圣的誓言中。 世间部主之众聚集的开端品，是第一品。 然后，欲界的天神大自在天父父等傲慢者的眷属聚集后，向薄伽梵如来一切身语意的秘密主尊祈请说： 唉呀！薄伽梵秘密主， 居住世间的猛烈者， 以贪嗔痴爱， 谁供养和承侍， 我们都会感到高兴。 为了对那些按照您的教言， 守护苦行者， 成办事业的人们， 我们各自的处所和时间， 自己的部众和眷属军队， 和合。

Having expelled all those retinues, granting fearlessness, he spoke thus: Alas! Assembly of worldly arrogance, Do not fear me! I am the master of the activities of body, speech, and mind Of all the Buddhas. Of the great peace of Dharma-nature, Of compassion and wisdom, The three times, conditioned and unconditioned, Are manifest and clear in an instant. For the sake of future sentient beings, I reveal the secrets of various bodies. You lords of arrogance, too, From beginningless time until now, Have been controlled by the delusion of afflictions, By the habits of negative actions, You act unvirtuously with body, speech, and mind. The suffering of samsara never ceases, Having fallen into the great hell, There may be no time of liberation. Therefore, in this supreme time of now, I and all the Buddhas, Body, speech, mind, qualities, And the complete activities, Listen to the words of command. Make actions and existence meaningful, Abandon the habits of non-virtue. Establish the foundation of training, the mind of enlightenment, Power, strength, ability, and fierceness, Follow the teachings of the Buddha. Act according to the words of the vidyadharas. You kings and lords, Whoever approaches in the manner of servants, Grant accomplishments and accomplish activities. If you do not do so, And violate the secret words, Your body, mind, and life force, Will immediately become fierce. Having thus commanded, He established them in the sacred samaya. The first chapter is the introduction, the gathering of the worldly lords. Then, the arrogant retinues of the great powerful gods of the desire realm, such as the father and mother, gathered and requested the Bhagavan, the great master of the secrets of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, saying: Alas! Bhagavan, master of secrets, Fierce one dwelling in the world, With desire, hatred, and craving, Whoever makes offerings and serves, We will be pleased. In order to be friends in carrying out the activities For those who, according to your command, uphold asceticism, Our respective places and times, Our own retinues and servant armies, Harmonious.
