It is called the Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises. In Sanskrit: Loka Stotra Pujanobika Sula Tantra Nama. In Tibetan: It is called the Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises. Homage to the Bhagavan Vajradhara! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Bhagavan, the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, the great secret Vajradhara, the one who perfectly accomplishes all the body, speech, and mind activities of all the Buddhas of the three times without exception, possessing power, strength, and fearlessness, as well as dominion, terrifying with form, the fierce one, the violent one, the arrogant one, the powerful one, the unbearable one, quickly subduing them. The essence of the mind of all the Sugatas, born from that very nature, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the great lord, the perfected one, greatly entered into, the great lord of the dominion of the gods belonging to the desire realm and the form realm. That great commander of the Yaksha hosts of the place of the Willow Grove and the place of Mount Meru, residing in the palace of the king of the gods in the realm of Akanishta, scattering various rays of light that emanate from the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas who exist in the three times, urged with these words: O, O Secret Lord Vajradhara! You are the one who empowers all the Buddhas, to protect the sacred Dharma, as the lord of power and strength. Behold that great Samaya, from the secret of body, speech, and mind, the one who makes great terror fearful, together with the fierce speech of the supreme body, and unleashing the power of the wrathful mind, for the sake of subduing all the difficult to tame, with the activity of the illusion of emanation, please enjoy the past mind's Samaya! As soon as he was urged thus, the Bhagavan, knowing that the time had come to perform the great activity of the Buddhas, although his own body, speech, and mind, the peaceful Dharma nature, did not waver from suchness, yet looking upon the violent ones and others who were to be subdued, in all the world realms equal to the limit of the ten directions of space, the emanation of the body was inconceivable.

The form of the All-Pervading Wrathful Great One is as follows: His body is dark blue-black, with nine faces. The right face is brownish-black, bared and grinning. The left face is purplish-black, contracted. The central face is dark blue-black, wrathful and Fierce. In the first right hand, a blazing vajra stirs and offers a red conch shell in the left hand. In the lower eight right hands, he holds the heads of the eight great gods he has slain. In the lower eight left hands, he holds the heads of the eight great nagas. These are also complete with their life-forces. The nine eyes on the right roll upwards. The nine eyes on the left gaze sideways. The nine eyes in the center glare downwards. Intense wrathful furrows gather on his forehead. A violent wind of existence gusts from his nostrils. The fire of the eon blazes from his mouth. Red fangs are bared in the expanse of space. His beard and mustache are dense like clouds. His brownish-black matted hair blazes and swirls at the peak of existence. A great roar of ferocity emanates from his ears. A mass of snakes coils around his limbs. He has slain demons and Rudras, and wears an elephant hide as clothing. He wraps a tiger skin around his lower body. He is adorned with drops and streaks of blood and fat. He smears his body with great ashes. He is adorned with garlands made of dry and wet skulls, and heads dripping with flesh and blood. His eight feet press down on Brahma, Vishnu, Great Ishvara, and Indra, including his consort. He is united with the Great Mother, the exceedingly wrathful and terrifying Vajra Fearful Mother, one who is identical to his own form. Countless and beyond expression, all those who are like sesame pods, utter the fierce sound of "ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཏ་ཀ་ཧ་ན་ད་ཧ་པ་ཙ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra caṇḍa sarva duṣṭāntaka hana daha paca hūṃ phaṭ, Devanagari Sanskrit, ॐ वज्र चण्ड सर्व दुष्टान्तक हन दह पच हुं फट्, Romanized Sanskrit, oṃ vajra caṇḍa sarva duṣṭāntaka hana daha paca hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning, Om, Vajra, Wrathful, All, Evil, Destroyer, Kill, Burn, Cook, Hum, Phat)". From each of these, countless emanations and emanations of emanations appear, causing the arrogant ones of the world, the hosts of gods, demons, Yama, rakshasas, yakshas, planetary demons, nagas, kings, fierce ones, the great hosts of Matri, the hosts of dakinis, Rudras, heretics, the lord of life, the lord of wealth, the lord of longevity, the lord of mantras, the lord of existence, and all other realms of the world and the great charnel grounds to be utterly terrified.
