Pray! Vajra Samaya Citta Siddhi Siddhi Hum. Vajra Commitment Mind Accomplishment Accomplishment Hum.) Of the primordial Buddha and all their retinue, I am the one who follows and accomplishes, Gods and haughty ones of the world, both past and present, Powerful deities and spirits, Chiefs and their retinues, Remember the vows of body, speech, and mind. Grant empowerment and accomplishment to the Vajra disciples and vidyadharas, And show great power and signs. The glorious Vajradhara Sits upon a great throne, With worthy disciples placed before them, And empowers body, speech, and mind With the vase that dwells in the mandala. The antidote, the main deity, And the field to be tamed, The haughty father, mother, and retinue, The beautiful form is the empowerment of the body. The praises and heart mantras of each, And the prayers, are the empowerment of speech. The pure self-continuum, the meaning and signs, The supreme empowerment is the empowerment of mind, The lineage is purified, and power naturally manifests. The empowerment of the substance of the fierce activity of the phurba, The offerings, torma, and food, body, speech, and mind, Are all made pleasing, And enjoyment is increased with gatherings of offerings. The victory banner, pennants, and sounds, Increase power at all times. The flesh, blood, poison, torma, and effigies, Subjugate the leaders of the haughty ones, Send messengers and urge activity, And empower the cutting off of evil and the destruction of enemies. These too are like images and sounds, Empowerment is given by knowing the meaning, The vows of all the Dharma in general and of the haughty ones, Are given to the leaders of each group. With compassion and realization, Liberating oneself and others through benefit, Immeasurable great meaning is gathered here, Not existing as separate, it is one. With the nature of the grasper and the grasped, Outer and inner, samsara and nirvana, appear separately, In order to completely subdue and suppress, The heart mantras of each are pressed down with measure. With firm pride, knock them down in front, Eat the essence, flesh, bones, blood, etc., Cut off the three poisons and extract them from the sphere of reality, The image is pressed down and made very clear. In order to subdue, entrust activity, and tame the tamable, Place them under your feet and command them like servants, Offer the vows and substances as before, Invoke the vows, praise, urge, and entrust. Worldly gods and spirits, you too, Of me and all the Buddhas, May you see the face and grant the supreme prophecy, But with the subtle seed of existence, Still...

The means of practice depend on objects. With a harsh nature, one causes benefit and harm. Now, the dual commitment of the teachings, in the future, what is to be accomplished and the accomplishment of those things, equally, all are empowered, completing the king of the wisdom of reality. The supreme vehicle is shown without mixture, without remainder. For the sake of swift completion, placing the regent on the crown of the head, one will attain the state of Samantabhadra. Thus it was spoken. This is the fourth chapter, the empowerment in the mandala of the great vajra commitment for accomplishing the great lord of the world. Then, the one who speaks excellently, for the sake of pleasing the assembly of the proud, filling with conducive substances, on a mountaintop or at a river mouth, in a gathering place of great worldly power, offering alms in a place without connection, a city of skull-cups stacked nine stories high, or constructing the four continents and Mount Meru, with various grains and flesh and blood, precious incense, medicine, and clear flowers, the individual forms of the lords of pride, together with their retinues, complete with body color and hand implements, seated on their own seats, thrones, and vehicles. On top of Mount Meru and the skull-cup city, the great deities, father and mother, reside with their retinues. In the first layer of the steps, demons, Yama, rakshasas, yakshas, planets, and nagas, the lords of the divisions, father and mother, are all established with their retinues. In the second layer are the white, black, red, and black division lords, twelve in number, each in their place. On the four sides of the third layer are the four gatekeepers, established with their retinues in their own places. On the last three or four layers, the outer, inner, secret, hidden, concealed treasures, fierce mantras, working, bound, attached gods and demons, the eight classes of beings, their forms are established in their places. The main conducive substances for each are the forms of living beings on their own seats or vehicles, five or ten, a hundred or a thousand, or according to one's ability. Men, women, elephants, horses, cows, yaks, sheep, goats, birds, and dogs, enjoyments, wealth, and possessions are offered as before. For all the ordinary members of the eight classes, sentient beings and animals, birds, wild beasts, deer, land, water, dwellings, and herds of livestock, the forms of those seen, heard, and remembered are arranged in numbers according to one's ability. These The materials for filling, offering as ransom for beings, precious silks, humans adorned with ornaments.
