Having obtained adornment, it becomes a treasure of inexhaustible jewels everywhere. If one abides in suchness, afflictions and suffering will not arise, and constant bliss is itself enlightenment. It is endowed with all marks and signs. The vow that skillful means is wisdom: Thus, all that appears, all is the nature of skillful means. Skillful means combines with skillful means, and there is neither combination nor non-combination. All kinds of appearances, in appearance itself, have no inherent nature. This is said to be wisdom. Skillful means is always imperceptible. The vow that wisdom itself is combined into skillful means: From the realm of suchness itself, various plays arise in every way. In arising itself, there is no inherent nature. In non-existence itself, various things appear. Everything comes from the realm of wisdom. With the wisdom of hearing, thinking, and meditating, realize the meaning of wisdom and skillful means. Accomplish it in this way for everyone. The vow of non-dual enlightenment: If one possesses skillful means and wisdom, the non-dual mind of enlightenment will expand, being the source and agent of all. There is nothing that it has not done. It is not color, shape, or kind of any sort. It is difficult to conceive and cannot be measured by anyone. If I cannot see my own self-nature, how can it be realized by others? The vow of combining everything: From the beginning, the mandala of gods and goddesses is truly combined, as well as the combination of the senses and their objects. The five aggregates are themselves the Tathagata. The five elements themselves are joined with the Mother. The four times are joined with the Goddess. The four extremes of permanence and annihilation are the four wrathful mothers. All beings without exception are joined with the realm of equality and reason. Alternatively, in the Mother of the Wisdom Realm, arrange all the Sugata mandalas, contemplate oneself as the deity of awareness, and unite in non-duality. Having the vajra and bell, the lotus of enlightenment is very joyful. Having arranged all the mandalas in all directions and times, after many beings have attained happiness, they are again absorbed into the non-dual realm. Having been absorbed, from the realm, the mudra blazes. The Sugata's skillful means and wisdom are perfected. The six mudras are also truly perfected. The two great accumulations of merit are also perfected. Since everything is joined in the realm, one does not fall into the lower realms, and one truly accomplishes. This is the great liberation. Liberation itself is union, union.

In the very act of subduing, all are liberated without exception. The vow of "liberating all without exception" is: All sentient beings residing in the outer and inner worlds, as numerous as they are, Are liberated into the expanse by realizing the great self. Just as the great wrathful one subdues the great god with skillful means, Through the samadhi of realizing the nature of reality, they are liberated without duality through skillful means. Through the blessings of great compassion, Summoning all sentient beings of the five paths, May all be liberated without exception. On the four continents of the great Mount Meru (Sumeru), All sentient beings residing there, Through the blessings of great compassion, Meditating on the great fire of wisdom, May all be burned without exception, And dissolved into the expanse. Bless them as Tathagatas, And also empower them as sons of the Victorious Ones. Although all such liberations are performed, There is no object of liberation whatsoever. When the five aggregates are destroyed, If destroyed, the elements are at peace; if not destroyed, they are still the elements. If killed by the absence of consciousness, There is no object in the state of existence. As for the nature of that mind, Even if the Buddhas of the three times rise as enemies, No one can seize or kill it. So what is liberated by compassion? All conceptual appearances, Transforming them from their inverted state, Through samadhi, mantras, and mudras, And empowerment through familiarity with wrath, May they be placed in the field of enlightenment. Only this is called liberation. Liberation is union. After cutting off the root of afflictions and suffering, By liberating them into the state of enlightenment, It is union in the non-dual expanse. The vow of taking what is not given is: Samsara and nirvana, All dharmas without exception, Are without self, mine, or other, Because by nature they are inherently without self. Although one may enjoy everything without obstruction, There is neither enjoyment nor the enjoyed. In the emptiness that is originally everything, Who takes and who enjoys what? Although one may enjoy all phenomena and existence without obstruction, It does not become a bond; it perfects merit. It is great wisdom without attachment. All without exception is the expanse of dharma, That itself is said to be self-knowing. If one realizes non-duality, Then in the very act of taking, one is Samantabhadra (All Good). The vow of speaking falsely is: All dharmas
