Having subdued Dhi with indivisibility from Shari, and having emanated many wrathful mandalas from the Vajra of Bodhicitta, all the worldly powerful ones, lords, kings, kings of kings, ministers, commanders, and countless inconceivable retinues were completely and entirely brought under control. With the Great Terrifier, to the great gods, both now and in the future, some were appointed to the task of increasing life, some were appointed to increasing enjoyment, some were appointed to travel unhindered in the great elements, some were appointed to travel invisibly, some were appointed to transform into various forms, some were appointed to subdue the unfavorable side, some were appointed to decay and plow, some were appointed to dry up and transfer. Furthermore, various tasks were appointed as desired. Therefore, this verse is specifically spoken: With the Vajra of Equality Wisdom, having subdued the supreme lord of the world, with the blessings of great compassion, various benefits for beings are shown. Possessing skillful means and wisdom, it is accomplished as intended. This is the god of the self-born gods, enjoying love and compassion. The skillful means of great compassion 687༄༅། །པ། Even though acting upon all beings, habits and so on do not change, and the accumulation of merit and wisdom will be perfected. Apart from the practice of skillful means, there is not even a dust of grasping and fixation, mistaken thoughts. Therefore, being inseparable from Suchness, it always abides in the self-luminous nature. Then, I will practice the meaning of the tantra, the peaceful and wrathful ones arising from above, meditating on whichever familiar clarity, so that the samadhi becomes clear.
