The great bliss is of one taste, the intention of all Buddhas. From the self-arisen net of illusion, the sun and moon symbolize skillful means. All realms, including the body, appear as immaculate bliss. Skillful means and wisdom are inseparable; what are the seeds of skillful means? They are countless like dust motes, the Vajra wisdom Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) assembly, possessing bindus of mixture and dripping. With the five mudras, everything appears as the form of self-awareness. In the bliss born from the three essences, awareness is clear like a mirror. If the inner and outer bindus become stable, the indestructible bindu will not change. Unchanging, without coming and going, without location or aim. The bindu of the basis is in three places, acting without vows or skillful means. The vessel and essence appear as bliss, like darkness turning into gold, it is said. Countless eons have passed, eighty distinctions and so on, all realms like dust motes, this tantra of supreme skillful means is taught. This meaning of the secret essence of secrets is taught. The wisdom manifest, the teachings of skillful means, completely increasing bliss, appear in the minds of the fortunate ones. This great bliss of the Buddhas, to the Bodhi Vajra and others, this great secret with skillful means is taught, not to others. This glorious king of skillful means, do not hold as a supreme teacher, to those without vows and oral instructions, the great bliss of the Buddhas, even if measured by eons, will not be seen. This conduct of wisdom and skillful means, who would abandon and not practice? Just as seeking the edge of space, there is not even a little fruit of Bodhi. The body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, past, present, and future, are the secret bindu tantra of skillful means, manifesting great bliss. Guiding beings with attachment and clinging, and liberating them through skillful means, clarifying the supreme view, with the miraculous power of conduct, completely blessing and arising bliss, turning the wheel of the five wisdoms. In the appearance of complete great bliss, there is no disagreement or difference. From the great tantra of illusory ashes, the chapter on the liberation of the past victors through skillful means, the twentieth, is complete. Then again, it should be explained, now the ten directions are like dust motes, realms, inner and outer vessels and essences, explaining the intention of all Buddhas. This is

Of all the Buddhas, wondrous, secret, unsurpassed, the magical net, the realm of Dharma, where there is no object of focus, is pervaded by great bliss. Relying on empowerment and instructions, through the distinctions of view and skillful means, the secret of secrets becomes manifest. This universally profound magic, the indivisible net, is of great significance, the great meaning without beginning or end, arising from the power of intrinsic skillful means. The bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu) encompassing the vessel and essence, all without exception is the mandala itself, the bliss residing within oneself, like a lamp within a container. The indivisibility of skillful means and wisdom, the inner and outer secret mandala, is taught as the essence of all victors. In as many pure and unsurpassed grounds and liberations as there are, they arise entirely from skillful means. The supreme nature of existence and non-existence, from the nature of great magic, the net of wisdom becomes clear. Arising from the non-dual bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu), the great secret bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu) is the supreme of activities. The body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, are entirely bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu) of great bliss, the very nature of the victors of the ten directions, abiding as the essence of self-arisen skillful means. Arising from non-dual skillful means, the essence arises from the bodhi bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu). From the stacking of the moon and sun, is the very wisdom endowed with the net. With one's own heart bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu), from whatever descent and ascent one gains mastery, wisdom is self-arisen and unobstructed. Secret skillful means and wrong conceptions, through the grasping and reversing of the meeting of the sun and moon, arise from the path without obstruction. The secret ground and the very nature of mind are complete, wrong conceptions coming and going, endowed with bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu). From the secret place, acting from place to place, from peak to peak, there is no obstruction. There is no doubt about the thirteen grounds, the male and female yogis of the ten directions, exhaling the breath of great bliss, wind and bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu) combined with mind. By gaining power over the unawakened, by whatever stirs the complete bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu), it arises from the dance of the mingling of the sun and moon. The secret bodhi bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu) is signified by the means without leakage. The skillful means of magic are perfected, the very meaning seen is complete wisdom. From the essence of the signifying mudra, by expanding into great bliss, because it transcends whatever is signified, it is clear as the co-emergent essence. Thus, boundless in the ten directions, self-arisen bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bindu, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu) is self-appearing bliss, like a mirror and its reflection, secret.
