Pa. I shall explain the supreme Samaya. Those who abide in meaning, For the spontaneous accomplishment of self and others, The supreme Samaya is that which is blessed by all the Buddhas and cannot be transgressed. The essence, hand seals, and mantra classes, With clarity and without doubt, Through the union of Vajra body, speech, and mind, Whatever is without defect will accomplish the result. If the ultimate essence is without duality, And if one is utterly certain of the meaning of the means, Whatever action or conduct it may be, Without accumulation, it transforms into a gathering. All the disciplines, vows, and Samayas, In the nature of the great Samaya, Are perfected in their own unmade essence. The disciplines, vows, views, and conduct are utterly pure, Blessed without acceptance or rejection, And abide perfectly gathered without remainder. In the nature of the great means and secrecy, Beyond existence and non-existence, end and middle, Through the equal union of all as illusion, With wind and mind primordially pure in emptiness, Birth, death, and change are the nature of the sky. By accomplishment, there is no appearance of self and other, By liberating one thing, all are liberated. By uniting all with oneself, The great bindu is without duality. Born from the secret, the great secret, The supreme mandala of all without duality, With all inseparable in one mode, One does not separate into two and object. By the clear realization of self-arisen enjoyment, Qualities are fully complete when taken. Since all phenomena are devoid of sound and words, The magical display of Suchness, Through the blessing of melodious sound and thunder, All speak words of truth and falsehood. Wherever there is conceptualization and effort, One's own mind is blessed as Vajra, Wherever one falls away from that, Who would think of abandoning it? Abiding together with all the Buddhas, And placing it in the stainless lineage, By abandoning it, one goes to the end of Samsara, One does not abandon it even in dreams. Purifying actions and afflictions, And accomplishing the wheel of wisdom, On the Samaya of the essence mantra, One should not transgress even for an instant. Entering the minds of all the Buddhas, And planting growth in the essence of wisdom, From the nature of the hand seal of the mind, If one transgresses, even the Buddhas themselves will fall. A friend entering the city of the holy ones, Like light and essence, Without separation at the beginning and end, One should not separate or divide. The secret meaning of all the Buddhas, Even if entrusted, is not for others, Since both fall and perish, One should have certainty in the holy ones.
