Mantras: Hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ! Hrīḥ hūṃ phaṭ! Trāṃ hūṃ phaṭ! Hāṃ hūṃ phaṭ! These are the fierce mantras of the four fangs and wings. Oṃ jana laṃ ti tse te yakṣu kuru bhañja hūṃ phaṭ! These are the fierce mantras of the four dragon goddesses. Oṃ vajra śara siṃha hūṃ! Ratna śara siṃha hūṃ! Padma śara siṃha hūṃ! Karma śara siṃha hūṃ! These are for those with great power. Listen, assembly of powerful retinues! I am the lord of body, speech, and mind. With the desire to accomplish qualities and activities, these are what should be known. The front and back of the body are father and mother. The right and left are the sons of power. The container and the essential heart are the father and mother of the four powerful families. All limbs and branches are the eight wrathful deities with their consorts. The four bases are to be regarded as the four gatekeepers. Hairs and body hairs are the assembly of obedient ones. The dharma of action and the mind of doing, with outer and inner consciousness, the object to be grasped and the mind that grasps, the five objects, afflictions, and perceptions, the eight consciousnesses and their objects, and the pure four elements, should also be known in sequence. Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, the thoughts of virtue and non-virtue, power has never existed for me. Appearance and non-appearance are the assembly of the body. Sound and non-sound are the lord of speech. Emptiness and non-emptiness are the nature of mind. Existence and non-existence are qualities. Accomplishing and not accomplishing are activities. There should be no doubt about this. Thus it was said. From the Root Tantra of the Glorious Great Power Gathering, the eighth chapter, which is the essence of the secret of the activities of body, speech, and mind, the suchness itself, is complete. Then, the Bhagavan, the King of Power, having become the essence of the minds of all the Tathāgatas, and having made a great gaze that thoroughly sees the entirety of the realm of all dharmas, spoke these words: Ema! Listen, assembly of the gathered ones! I am the King of Power, the god who wields power. From what has become under my power, all are seen as becoming Buddhas. There is no need to look at this. Not looking is looking. Likewise, seeing and remembering, intelligence and awareness, although not truly existent, appear as awareness in conventional truth. The object of appearance, the external object, is merely an uninterrupted analysis and imputation. This is the great power of the outer. Inwardly, holding

The object of the acting mind, Unborn, empty by its own nature. It is said to be the great empowerment within, Dualistic grasping is like the wind. Immaculate and luminous, Though hidden, it is visible to all. When one gains power over this, The king of power is manifested. Because I am without distraction and non-conceptual, There is nothing to be meditated upon. It is only without error and without fabrication, In a state of non-objectification, with compassion, Unable to see dwelling in itself. Even looking at the form of illusion, Is said to be meditating only in conventionality. When the aggregates and ego are firm, Only practice the method of harmonizing the four elements. Without empowering the supreme state, The path of the body is equal in the four times. When obstacles and malice are subdued, Destroy the dense darkness of ignorance, Emptying all the realms of the lower realms, Gathering the three realms and three existences into freedom, Generating the sons of the Buddhas of the three times, Placing them in the state of supreme enlightenment. The five poisons, five bodies, five wisdoms, The six aggregates, six manifest consciousnesses, The eight objects, mind-dharmas, four elements, Power, fearlessness, and intelligence. The eighteen realms and sources, Unmixed, is the supreme and perfect Dharma. The three gates are body, speech, and mind, Individual realization is its retinue. What I should obtain, Cannot be obtained by the mind of desire, It is obtaining what has not been obtained. Do not have doubts about this! Thus it was said. From the Root Tantra of the Glorious Great Empowerment Gathering, the ninth chapter, which definitively explains the Suchness of the Path. Then, the assembly of Padmā Heruka and others, all pure, praised the Glorious King of Empowerment with one voice and melodious tones: Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱྀཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Great compassion)! The pride of the knowing empowerment body proclaims its sound, Unrivaled in the three existences, the mind of the Buddhas. Wavering like a dancer, known as the king of means, The dance empowerment, the best of horses, the lotus empowerment king. Blazing with the glory of anger, possessing the sound of the wrathful Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). Exalted by greatness, the glorious wealth of the great powerful one, Radiant and clear, I prostrate to the god of gods! The Great Empowerment, the profound body of non-dual yoga, Uniting skillful means and wisdom without duality, For the sake of extracting wish-fulfilling benefit for beings from the mind, The mother who increases the scattering and gathering of the mind of enlightenment. I prostrate to the supreme secret mother of empowerment! The power of the swift activity of the horse-faced one of empowerment, The swift wisdom
