第十二品，宣说猛咒之精华。 此后，权王，一切如来之语之大自在者，以大语之声，令其坛城皆能听闻，如是宣说： “奇哉！未来之后世，五浊恶世极浊之时，凡诸具种姓之子，于我及我之主无量光，以及观世音自在等，莲花部之如来与菩萨摩诃萨等，具足信心、欲乐、爱乐与祈请者，我等将迅速赐予彼等寿命、力量、权势、名声、受用与功德之聚。此外，若有能以安乐、喜悦与欢喜受用我之身、语、意之真实性，并能令三世十方一切安住之诸佛世尊心生欢喜，且能无二成就者，则于我之此等仪轨： 凡夫根器低劣者，智慧狭小者，聪慧迟钝者，心意不正直者，行取舍者，声闻乘者，缘觉乘者，邪见者，福薄且耽于迷醉者，若执持、受持、书写、读诵、观视、修持、开示、讲述、听闻等，皆不能成办，亦不得自在，甚至连耳根亦不得闻。因此，此法乃为菩萨摩诃萨、持明者、自性成就者、行于地者、得自在长寿者、以及成为如来等之近心之子者，汝等当善持、受持、享用、读诵、修持，并广为他人宣说。此乃我之无上教法，无有更高者，无有等同者，无有比拟者，无有譬喻者，无有匹敌者，乃为最胜、最上、殊胜、极胜、至胜者，此难得稀有之法，我今咐嘱于汝等。”

Chapter Twelve: Explaining the Essence of the Fierce Mantra. Thereafter, the King of Power, the Great Sovereign of the Speech of all Tathagatas, making his mandalas fully aware with a great sound of speech, declared: "O future later times, when the degenerate age becomes extremely degenerate, those sons of good families who have faith, desire, devotion, and supplication to me and my lord Amitabha, and Avalokiteshvara, etc., the Tathagatas who hold the lotus family, and the Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas, etc., we will quickly bestow upon them life, strength, power, fame, enjoyment, and the accumulation of qualities. Furthermore, those who can truly understand the reality of my body, speech, and mind, and enjoy bliss, joy, and delight, and who please the minds of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-Tathagatas, who live and dwell in the ten directions in the three times, and who accomplish non-duality, then in this kind of practice of mine: Those of inferior faculties, small minds, dull intelligence, dishonest minds, those who practice taking and abandoning, those of the Hearer Vehicle, those of the Solitary Realizer Vehicle, those with wrong views, those with little merit and intoxicated, if they grasp, hold, write, read, view, practice, reveal, explain, listen, etc., they will not be able to accomplish it, nor will they have power over it, and it will not even be heard in their ears. Therefore, this is for Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas, Vidyadharas, those who are naturally accomplished, those who walk on the earth, those who have power over long life, and those who have become the close sons of the Tathagatas, you should hold, enjoy, read, practice, and widely reveal it to others. This is my unsurpassed teaching, without superior, without equal, without comparison, without example, without rival, the most excellent, the best, the most supreme, the most distinguished, and the most sacred. This rare and wonderful thing, I entrust to you."
