从事业而生者，是阎罗众生的死主， 从法界中不变动，深蓝黑色燃烧的光芒色。 右面容白色呈寂静相，主要行持猛厉事业， 左面容红黑色而威严。圆满了九地且能镇压， 九眼怒目而视。具有贪恋的慈悲， 眼角红色向十方放射。斩断生死之根本， 四颗獠牙极为威严。摧毁了业障的习气， 鼻孔中散发智慧之风。红色胡须如火燃烧， 以威力镇伏一切恶毒之众。能摄伏傲慢者， 口中发出猛烈的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）声。 将六道众生救度到法界中，六只手持着各自的兵器作为标志。 右边的第一只手，拿着能彻底摧毁五毒之众的金刚杵， 中间的手拿着宝剑，斩断生死之恐惧的根源。 下面的手拿着敌斧，平息力量之毒，摧毁四魔。 左边的第一只手，以忿怒印，以威力镇伏恶毒者，是穿透的表示。 中间的手以心中的智慧，拿着能挖掘轮回深渊的长矛。 最后的手拿着能摄伏的颅血。四只脚以雄伟的姿态， 摄伏众多傲慢者。三身自性任运成就， 以三个颅骨的鬘来庄严。能摧毁恶毒龙的毒， 以五种姓的蛇来连接肢体。 圆满了智慧的各种乘，示现四种事业的神变。 能救度鲁扎恶毒者，大象、老虎和人自在， 将皮毛披在身上作为衣服。能彻底摧毁调伏三毒， 以人血、大灰和精液，绘制成点缀的图案。 远离二边且周遍，展开金刚宝的翅膀。 焚烧烦恼的根本和枝叶之众，燃烧劫末之火。 不舍弃愚痴而行利他之事，以足镇压水牛。 具有无垢光明的智慧，安住在日月莲花座上。 通达法界智慧之义，左边是忿怒母贝塔丽， 黑母大忿怒空行母。具有圆满三身的三只眼， 忿怒皱纹如波涛般涌动。从轮回中救度所有众生。

Born from activity, the slayer of all Yamas, Immutable from the realm of Dharma, with a blazing dark blue-black light. The right face is white, in a peaceful state, Primarily engaging in fierce activities, the left face is red-black and stern. Perfecting and subduing the nine grounds, with nine eyes glaring fiercely. Possessing compassion with attachment, the corners of the eyes are red, radiating in ten directions. Cutting the root of birth and death, the four fangs are extremely stern. Destroying the imprints of obscurations, from the nostrils emanates the wind of wisdom. The red beard blazes like fire, subduing all gatherings of the wicked. Acting to subdue the arrogant, from the mouth roars the fierce sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Liberating the six realms into the sphere, the six hands hold their own weapons as symbols. The first of the right hands holds a vajra club, completely destroying the gatherings of the five poisons. The middle one holds a sword, cutting the root of the fear of birth and death. The lower one holds an enemy axe, pacifying the poison of power, destroying the four maras. The first of the left hands, with a threatening mudra, subdues the wicked with power, a gesture of piercing. The middle one, with the wisdom of the heart, holds a long spear that digs out the depths of samsara. The last one holds a skull cup filled with blood, subduing and controlling. The four feet, in a majestic stance, Subdue many arrogant ones. The three bodies are spontaneously accomplished, Adorned with a garland of three skulls. Destroying the poison of the wicked nāgas, The joints are bound by snakes of the five families. Perfecting various vehicles of wisdom, displaying the miraculous powers of the four activities. Liberating the wicked Rudra, the elephant, tiger, and human sovereign, Wearing their skins as garments. Completely destroying and subduing the three poisons, With blood, great ashes, and semen, patterns of dots are drawn. Abandoning the two extremes and pervading, spreading the wings of vajra and jewels. Burning the root and branches of afflictions, blazing the fire of the eon's end. Not abandoning ignorance, but acting for the benefit of others, subduing the buffalo with the feet. Possessing flawless, clear wisdom, seated on a lotus seat of the sun and moon. Realizing the meaning of the wisdom of the Dharma realm, on the left side is the wrathful mother Vetali, The black, great fierce one, the mother of the sphere. Possessing three eyes that perfect the three bodies, The wrathful wrinkles ripple like waves. Rescuing all beings from samsara.
