La ago. The supreme wisdom understands it thus. The wisdom of the all-inclusive realm is practiced. The vow called "All Fearful" is: One who possesses wisdom and intelligence, Having destroyed all distinctions and characteristics, In the mudra of no characteristics, Truly realizes that all is gathered. The thought itself is also unreal, That itself appears in various ways, In the appearance itself, there is no purification, That itself is the mudra of destruction. The vow called "Eternal Life Increase" is: Since all dharmas are me, Where do I go and where am I born? There is no object of destruction and birth, Who can kill that which is unreal? Whoever holds to duality, Birth and death are in that one. If examined by the wise, There is no object in birth and death themselves. The vow called "All Unobstructed" is: From the perfection of the Three Jewels onwards, Even to the states of the lower realms, Truly there is no distinction, Nothing is to be abandoned. The high and low vehicles are inconceivable, Do not say that the meaning does not change, All the states of the lower realms, Are the cause of unsurpassed enlightenment. The vow called "All Conduct" is: All Samantabhadra's, Five desirable qualities, Without obstruction, practice them, Consider them to be a great accumulation of merit. Also consider them as the Five Tathagatas, Furthermore, all empty realms, Wisdom realms and desirable qualities, Practice all superior, intermediate, and inferior. The vow called "All Not Omitted" is: In the mandala of equal time and space, Without realizing the supreme Vajra family, The inferior vehicle and inferior view, That one will not realize the supreme vehicle. Although the meaning of inequality pervades all, It is obscured by afflictions and suffering, Therefore, one does not see the truth, One should not omit those who have not seen. The vow called "All Need Not Be Protected" is: For all the Buddhas without exception, There is nothing to be cultivated or protected, There is no good or non-good, There is no abandoning afflictions or cultivating purification. If one becomes the realm of suchness, There is no distinction between happiness and unhappiness, From the beginning, it dwells in purity and equality, In that, there is not a speck to be protected. The vow called "All Unprotected" is: Sentient beings of the three realms of samsara, From beginningless samsara, Agitated by perversion.

Conduct. Being extremely attached to things that can be grasped, one constantly wanders in samsara. Therefore, awaken your own mind, completely abandon laziness, and protect non-self, absence of inherent existence. The vow called "Making All Fearful" is ordained by Vajrasattva. If all the root vows are not kept as they are, the wrathful Yaksha, Medbal, will extract from the heart, drink blood, and be reborn in the three lower realms, whose suffering is unbearable. This vow is the great Vajra vow. The vow called "Separately Enjoying Vow Substances" is: The five families are distinguished separately, Vajrasattva is elephant meat, Ratnasambhava is horse meat, Padma family is Arika meat, Amoghasiddhi is Garuda meat, Tathagata family is great meat. Either distinguish or do not distinguish, it must be accepted. Or combine everything into one, or contemplate as without characteristics. The vow of Samadhi Mudra is: All Tathagata mandalas, originally clear in nature, are said to exist in everything. The mandala of the Wisdom Sattva is the supreme and unsurpassed, all the supreme Vajra families, constantly practice without interruption, will be born under the Bodhi tree, and will also achieve unsurpassed Bodhi, achieve the bliss of no birth and no death, and also gain control over the mind. If you want to know all the places of practice, then understand. In the King of Tantras, the Net of Illusions, the chapter on the detailed explanation of vows, is the seventy-sixth chapter. If one abandons this mandala, one will be born in the place of afflictions and evil destinies, one will not attain the fruit of Bodhi, one will also cut off the cause of unsurpassed benefit to beings, and one will be reborn in a place of broken lineage. Those who wish to practice Vajrasattva should constantly realize the meaning of equality, the body is like a rainbow, contemplate appearance without inherent existence. The retinue should know like the moon in water, contemplate clarity without inherent existence. If you contemplate the clear form of the deities, you will obtain a great accumulation of merit, if you know it is like an image, you will obtain a great accumulation of wisdom. The yogi should constantly practice, if you abandon the Yidam deity, you will constantly experience the unhappiness of the lower realms. The meaning of not interrupting mantras and mudras is: Mantra
