从……开始，全部聚集，融入法界，身体活动，肢体运作，五根的观看行为，都说是大手印。上方的坛城，如同日月般广大，在不可动摇的土地上，铺设无染的莲花座，方法和智慧，呈现无执着的状态。肢体，所有感官，自性完全清净，禅定即是五如来。本来没有束缚，完全是，殊胜的禅定坛城，头部，如来眷属，四肢是四部眷属，颜色、形状和手印，方法和智慧，清晰地观想，向十方扩展，净化恶趣，收摄于本位，扩展坛城，过去和未来的一切，都转化为善逝的净土。当五大肢体运动时，五部的坛城全部摇动，将五道众生置于菩提道上，五浊也完全清净。穿上美好庄严的衣裳，就会散发出各种光芒。从那以后直到无有穷尽，会被五种智慧所庄严。具有卓越智慧和才能的人，应当时常如此观想坛城。不只是口头说说，而是深入内心，与自性无二无别。具备方法和智慧之后，面向东方，像狮子一样，进行大跳跃。观想舌头的字母ཏྲཱཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体trāṃ，梵文罗马拟音trāṃ，救度），舌头化为无数，哈日也是不可思议的扩展。在十方四时无数的时间里，语的坛城闪耀着光芒。一个语的坛城，其肢体是，不可思议地普遍传扬。声音和名言清晰分明，舒展舌根而宣说，说出解脱和未解脱，唯有真实，以如是之性完全宣说。在鼻根的坛城中，清晰观想ཏྲཱཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体trāṃ，梵文罗马拟音trāṃ，救度）的字母，坛城遍布十方四时，无边无际不可思议，观想ཏྲཱཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体trāṃ，梵文罗马拟音trāṃ，救度）也会发出光芒。听闻所有方位的坛城，也听闻六道轮回的处所，声音和听闻是无二的。同样，香、味、触等，各自的特征，清晰地观想，如是安立字母的精华。所有佛的坛城，以及众

From... gathering everything, merging into the Dharmadhatu, body movements, limb operations, and the viewing actions of the five senses, all are said to be the Mahamudra. The mandala above, as vast as the sun and moon, on the immovable ground, laying down a lotus seat without attachment, the method and wisdom, presenting a state of non-attachment. Limbs, all senses, the nature is completely pure, and the Samadhi is the five Tathagatas. Originally without bondage, completely, the supreme Samadhi mandala, the head, the retinue of the Tathagatas, the four limbs are the retinue of the four families, color, shape, and mudra, method and wisdom, clearly visualized, expanding to the ten directions, purifying the evil realms, gathering into the original position, expanding the mandala, all of the past and future, are transformed into the pure land of the Sugatas. When the five great limbs move, the mandalas of the five families all shake, placing the five types of beings on the path to enlightenment, and the five degenerations are also completely purified. Wearing beautiful and elegant clothes, various rays of light will emanate. From then until there is no end, it will be adorned with the five wisdoms. A person with excellent wisdom and talent should always contemplate the mandala in this way. Not just talking about it, but deeply into the heart, inseparable from one's own nature. Having method and wisdom, facing east, like a lion, make a great leap. Meditate on the syllable ཏྲཱཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari trāṃ, Romanized Sanskrit trāṃ, deliverance) of the tongue, the tongue transforms into countless, Hari also expands inconceivably. In the countless times of the ten directions and four times, the mandala of speech shines with light. One mandala of speech, its limbs are, inconceivably universally proclaimed. Sounds and words are clearly distinguished, spreading the tongue root and proclaiming, speaking of liberation and non-liberation, only the truth, completely proclaimed with suchness. In the mandala of the nose sense, clearly visualize the syllable ཏྲཱཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari trāṃ, Romanized Sanskrit trāṃ, deliverance), the mandala spreads throughout the ten directions and four times, infinitely inconceivable, visualizing ཏྲཱཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari trāṃ, Romanized Sanskrit trāṃ, deliverance) will also emit light. Hearing all the mandalas of all directions, also hearing the places of the six realms of samsara, sound and hearing are non-dual. All beings without exception, enjoy in a manner free from attachment. With the bliss of fragrance and so on, truly offer to satisfy all. For all six realms of beings, also do what is appropriate for their benefit. With skillful means and compassion, thus it is shown. Likewise, the families and the Vajra family, possess wisdom such as non-attachment. The five principal deities and the five principal consorts, meditate with the possession of skillful means and wisdom. Either one group or three groups, meditate well on the mandala of five. Between skillful means and wisdom, visualize the deities clearly, light radiating and dissolving. Meditate on the mandala blazing with light. When the samadhi becomes extremely clear, self and the ten directions are without separation. One should meditate on non-duality. Then, the two, skillful means and wisdom, do not become contradictory in view and conduct. Meditate clearly on the mandalas, from the center facing east. Make a great stride with the feet, and move all the actions of the hands. Make the mudras of dance and gestures. The mandala's light radiates white light, the Bodhisattvas are completely pure. Extremely clear and blazing with light, may skillful means and wisdom be accomplished! With the indestructible Vajra, destroy the four maras. The Mahayana Vajra Vidyadhara, may skillful means and wisdom be accomplished! With the Vajra of self-nature intelligence, may there be no afflictions or suffering! With the wisdom like a mirror, may skillful means and wisdom become clear! Cutting off the root of afflictions and suffering, may the darkness of ignorance be eliminated. With the light of compassion like the rising sun, may skillful means and wisdom blaze with light! Extremely solid and without birth or death, the Vajra's compassion shows enjoyment. Compassion arises completely for beings, may skillful means and wisdom possess loving-kindness! Having possessed skillful means and wisdom, facing the direction of qualities. Moving the body and shaking the limbs, one should also strike the powerful ones. The entire mandala is a treasure of arising, an inexhaustible jewel, wish-fulfilling gem. Fulfilling the wishes of all beings, may skillful means and wisdom be accomplished! Showing the color of the center of the sky, or everything is pure gold. The mandala is inconceivable and inexhaustible, may skillful means and wisdom be quickly accomplished! Inconceivable precious qualities, also abiding in a state of equality of all. Likewise, the wisdom of equality, skillful means and wisdom are equal.
