对于大黑女，以及王后，以及大臣女，以及军队首领女，以及侍女和更低的侍女，以及奴仆和更低的奴仆等等，以及婢女和女仆，以及女奴们，特别宣说此言：此秘密心髓的决定，是所有密咒的国王。以大方便象征的智慧，是幻化网的精髓。众多秘密续部，是我从心中化现的。梵天和帝释天，以及大自在天等等，军队首领，夺取母亲的处所等等，身胜行牛行，以及恶声和赡部洲，我的心之精髓，向十方一切传播，并且将它托付给那个形象，如意宝库，是财富教令之处。内外乘的论典，以及八万四千法门，对于修行、禅修和念诵，以及精通一切戒律者，修习忍耐和法方面，以及能够守护教法者，秘密心髓是最高的托付，不是对其他人讲述的。不嗔怒，智慧深邃，能忍受违缘，并且对于如意结合有信乐者，宣说根本支分誓言，与月亮一起是大的誓言。对于结合二者精通者，以及具备教证和能忍受者，不对其他人讲述，并且供养教法者。亲近侍奉誓言，修行侍奉近侍奉，尽己所能非常努力。舍弃一切众生的习性，不扰乱任何人的心，供养聚集力量。以引诱妇女来供养主尊。对于能忍受双运和精通秘密者，对决定者非常托付，不要向其他人展示。对于想要无碍游乐者，行持。妇女具备一切功德，并且与一切贪欲相合的行持，接受根本，并且相宜地示现天神之身，近侍奉秘密的口诀，任何时候都不要给予。之后宣说那个结合的方式，没有说对其他人宣说。具有信心，调顺且聪慧者，具有大信心且恭敬佛法者，适合贪欲，听从教诲者，安住欢喜且听闻教言者，成办根本支分誓言，陈设供养处，守护戒律，对于侍奉降下加持，在密咒聚的供养处，我的秘密加持。

To the great black woman, and the queen, and the minister woman, and the army leader woman, and the servant and the lower servant, and the slave and the lower slave, etc., and the maid and the female servant, and the female slaves, especially declare this saying: This secret heart essence's decision, is the king of all mantras. The wisdom symbolized by great skillful means, is the essence of the illusory net. The many secret tantras, are what I emanate from my heart. Brahma and Indra, and the great powerful one, etc., army leaders, seizing the mother's place, etc., body superior bull conduct, and unpleasant sound and Jambudvipa, this essence of my heart, spread to all ten directions, and entrust it to that form, the wish-fulfilling treasure, is the place of wealth command. The treatises of outer and inner vehicles, and the eighty-four thousand dharmas, for practice, meditation and recitation, and those who are skilled in all disciplines, cultivate patience and dharma aspects, and those who are able to uphold the dharma, the secret heart essence is the highest entrustment, not to be told to others. Not wrathful, with deep wisdom, able to endure adverse conditions, and with faith in the wish-fulfilling union, declare the root branch vows, with the moon is the great vow. For those who are skilled in combining the two, and who are able to endure with scripture and proof, do not tell others, and offer to the dharma. Close service vow, practice service close service, strive very hard to the best of your ability. Abandon all sentient beings' habits, do not disturb anyone's mind, offer to the gathering of strength. Offer to the main deity by attracting women. For those who can endure union and are skilled in secrets, entrust very much to the determined one, do not show to others. For those who want to play unhindered, practice. Women possess all good qualities, and practice in accordance with all desires, accept the root, and appropriately show the body of the deity, the close service secret instructions, do not give at any time. Then declare that method of union, did not say to declare to others. Those who have faith, are tame and intelligent, those who have great faith and respect for the Dharma, are suitable for desire, listen to teachings, dwell happily and listen to teachings, accomplish the root branch vows, arrange the offering place, protect the vows, for the service bestow blessings, in the offering place of the mantra gathering, my secret blessing.
