ཙོ།། 饮血怖畏黑汝嘎，调伏无边众生海。大悲无量诸怒王之主，胜于一切饮血者，如意宝。黄黑、蓝黑、绿黑、红黑与，青黑，身如须弥山般威严。安住于劫末之火堆中，从众多尸体堆中面露凶相。福德身聚集，金刚无尽，如繁星众多，如日月之光。以大威猛、傲慢摧毁一切怖畏之众。无比神通，善显殊胜，如欲自在之主，以舞姿安住。吞噬贪婪，身语意之面，干涸无尽血海，摧毁脊椎。忿怒皱纹摄人心魄，怖畏如闪电般变幻。百万尸陀林之首，烟雾弥漫，威严可怖。摧毁轮回之念，以湿颅鬘为饰。为享乐故，顶端显现，从阿阿哈中绽放。自身强大，权势圆满，胜者以头顶为饰。眉间忿怒皱纹如闪电般闪耀，施与并聚集与方一致之饮血者。以如是化身压服，虽以怖畏盛设巨大黑暗之众，然嗔怒之眼如日月般盛燃，彻底净化怖畏之众的痛苦。以忿怒张开面容，大牙闪耀，如从有顶趋向地狱。瞬间毁灭世界名相，彻底断绝六道。手持智慧之手印，以燃烧之法器，将三有全部化为微尘。以喉音奏乐，如击打众生般，于三界一切，盛大展示仪轨。以饮血金刚大胜为食。手持唤醒怖畏之众的皮革套索。以调伏龙族之功德，缠绕千条黑蛇。甚至将怖畏之龙众也压于足下。调伏贪欲者，为一切贪欲之主。大贪欲者，为贪欲本身之身。与众多眷属一起，化为怖畏之眷属。调伏嗔恨者，为一切嗔恨之主。嗔恨暴虐者，为一切嗔恨之身。以光芒焚烧一切怖畏之众，极其威严，为以怖畏而怖畏之形。调伏愚痴者，为一切愚痴之主。

Tso. Wrathful Heruka, the blood drinker, subdues the endless ocean of beings. Immeasurable compassion, the chief of all wrathful kings. More supreme than all blood drinkers, the wish-fulfilling jewel. Yellow-black, blue-black, green-black, red-black, and blue-black, a body majestic like Mount Meru. Abiding in the midst of the fire at the end of the eon, with a fierce face from the midst of many corpses. The condensed body of merit, the inexhaustible vajra, like many stars, like the light of the sun and moon. With great power and arrogance, destroys all assemblies of fear. Unparalleled miracles, showing excellent distinctions, abiding in the manner of a dance, the lord of desire. Devouring greed, the face of body, speech, and mind, dries up the endless ocean of blood, destroys the spine. Wrathful wrinkles captivating the heart, terror transforming like lightning. The head of a million charnel grounds, smoke billowing, majestic and terrifying. Destroying the thoughts of samsara, adorned with a garland of wet skulls. For the sake of enjoyment, appearing at the crown, laughing from Ah Ah Ha. Because of his own greatness, possessing complete power, the Victorious One adorns the head. The wrathful wrinkles between the eyebrows flashing like lightning, bestowing and gathering the blood drinkers who are in harmony with the directions. Subduing with such emanations, even though a great assembly of darkness is arranged with terror, the angry eyes blazing like the sun and moon, completely purifying the suffering of the fearful assembly. With wrath, opening the mouth, great teeth blazing, as if reaching from the peak of existence to the hell realms. Instantly destroying the names of the world, completely cutting off the six paths. Holding the hand of wisdom, with the burning weapon, making the three realms completely vanish into dust. Playing with throat sounds, like striking beings, greatly displaying the ritual to all the three realms. Consuming the blood-drinking Vajra Great Supreme as food. Holding the leather lasso that awakens the fearful assembly. Adorned with a thousand black snakes, the merit of subduing nagas. Even the assembly of fearful nagas is pressed under the feet. Subduing desire, the lord of all desires. The great desire, the very body of desire. Together with many retinues, transformed into a fearful retinue. Subduing hatred, the lord of all hatred. The cruel hatred, the very body of hatred. Burning all the fearful assemblies with rays, extremely majestic, the form of fear with fear. Subduing ignorance, the lord of all ignorance.

遣除愚昧乃大愚昧之身，不分别之饮血大力极坚固，调伏我慢乃一切我慢之主，觉醒怖畏乃众多尸骸之所，足伸齿咬无有止境之时，喜乐降临之事极度憎恨，调伏嫉妒乃一切嫉妒之主，嫉妒大胜乃嫉妒巨大之身，汇集一切女性安住于坛城中央，以呸字诛杀迷途恶毒者，以田陌裙遮持调伏恶毒，身像怖畏之形以身庄严，化为足与手已下定决心，大足左多伸展压伏天魔遍及，右足大方便多收摄降伏抛弃，金刚手鼓摇动击打大破昏睡，大光中央巨大闪电剧烈摇曳，无有更胜怖畏之勇士汝，恶食调合甘露之大药主，如您怖畏者实乃稀有，纵经劫洗濯亦复重生垢染，以智慧日光之光芒加持，以慈悲清净之雨之神变，刹那顷刻迷乱作业寂灭，阻断死亡之路于智慧坛城中，生世彻底清净之慈悲显现，不具亲疏乃大恩德之宝藏，血饮身语意前敬礼赞。秘密心髓即是彼性真实，从中忆念恩德之歌名为章节，即第四十八。之后，薄伽梵大喜，为了此秘密咒王稳固不坏，安住于世间界，为了有情众生之，天母之天母，大食肉女，食肉女，梵天女，争斗女，自在女，贪欲女，童女，赤裸女，甘露女，寂静女，棍棒女，罗刹女，食女，欢喜女，羊肉饮血醉女，独自行女，迷心女，成就女，龙女，杀戮女，人女，猪女，衰老女，断鼻女，水天女，大黑女，羊头赤黄大女，瓶耳青黑大女，持腹者

Dispelling ignorance is the body of great ignorance, Undifferentiated blood-drinker, great strength, extremely firm. Subduing pride is the lord of all pride, Awakening fear is the place of many corpses. Feet stretched, teeth biting, there is no end to the time, Rejoicing in fearful arrivals, extremely hating. Subduing jealousy is the lord of all jealousy, Greatly victorious jealousy is the body of great jealousy. Gathering all women, residing in the center of the mandala, With the "Phat" syllable, kill those who are lost and wicked. With a field skirt, holding the subduing of wickedness, The form of the fearful image adorns the body. Having become feet and hands, the decision is made. The great left foot is stretched out, suppressing gods and demons, The right foot, with great skillful means, gathers and subdues, abandoning. Vajra hand drum, shaking and striking, greatly dispels sleep. From the center of great light, great lightning intensely flickers, You, the hero without superior fear. The lord of great medicine, combining bad food and nectar, One like you, fearful one, is extremely rare. Even if washed for eons, the stain is reborn, With the blessing of the light of wisdom's sunlight, With the miraculous power of the rain of pure compassion, In an instant, confused actions are pacified, Blocking the path of death, in the mandala of wisdom, Compassion appears, completely purifying birth. Without love or hatred, a treasure of great kindness, I prostrate to the blood-drinker's body, speech, and mind. The secret essence is the certainty of that very nature, From which the song of remembering kindness is called a chapter, That is, the forty-eighth.
