Connect. Transforming oneself into that very nature. Widening the eyes, gnashing the teeth, with fierce gaze, Extending and contracting, contemplating fiercely upon the field. Shik shik, when it becomes intense, Reciting that essence, With the sound of Om-Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om~Hum) severing at the waist. Contemplate becoming free from that. Like gold emerging from earth, and earth emerging from water, As desired and wished for, Thus, thus, it will be accomplished. From that, it will surely be as desired. This is attained through practice. The signs of such certainty are: In name, form, and manifestation, Nodding the head, gazing fiercely. At the peak of Om-Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om~Hum) saying "Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat)". Fainting, descending red essence from Om-Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om~Hum). From the mouth, with the sound of Ah-Hum (Tibetan: ཨ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: a hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah~Hum), Along with recitation, dissolving oneself into it. Then surely it will be as desired. This is attained through practice. The signs of such certainty are: In name, form, and manifestation, Gazing with reversed eyes, From Om-Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om~Hum) fiercely uttering "Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat)". Fainting, descending red essence from Ah-Hum (Tibetan: ཨ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: a hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah~Hum). From that, with the sound of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Gathering into the initial place, If desiring to live, one will stand up. The complete manifestation of the net of illusion, The essence of all supreme enlightenment, Hand seals, duration of stay, and so on, The single syllable Cha's samadhi, Filling the vajra conch, Holding the vajra and bell, Reciting mantras, practicing meditation. Like changing the color of matter with paint, Becoming signs and manifestations. Starting from the Buddha holding the vajra, The great wrathful Hayagriva, Transforming oneself into that very nature. Like gold emerging from earth, and earth emerging from water, How mind and desire are, Thus, thus, it will surely be accomplished. To that, it will become as desired. This is attained through practice. The signs of that accomplishment are: In name, form, and manifestation, Nodding the head, gazing fiercely. From Ah-Hum (Tibetan: ཨ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: a hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah~Hum) fiercely uttering "Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat)". Fainting, descending red essence from Om-Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ~हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om~Hum). From that, with the sound of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Gathering into the initial place, If desiring to leap, one will stand up. From that very great illusion.

The Buddha holding the vajra in his hand, The great wrathful one swirling with nectar, Transforming oneself into that nature, With wide eyes, bared fangs, and a hateful gaze. Meditate on the field above with stretching and contracting ferocity. From the intensely hissing sound, Quickly going in all directions, Reciting the supreme essence of that, By urging with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུ~ྂ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), One goes to the initial state. By that, meditate on becoming empowered. From that, whatever one desires in various ways, Everything, everything will be accomplished. That is the attainment of practice. By violently uttering Oṃ (藏文:ཨོ~ྂ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and then Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), Whatever action one intends to perform, By belonging to the crossed handbells, Fainting occurs, from Oṃ (藏文:ཨོ~ྂ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) the red essence descends, By meditating in the mind, one will arise. The secret essence, that very nature being certain, the great illusion is utterly victorious, the forty-sixth chapter, the arrangement of the vow and offerings. Then, in the presence of the Bhagavan, the Great Delight, the Great Arrogant One, and the Great Powerful One, and the Four Great Kings, and the protectors of the directions, together with their retinues and consorts, with servants and attendants, and even more attendants, with extreme fear, vowed with respectful minds. Each of their own mandalas, and the essence called the heart, they also spoke with one voice. The mandala with the arrogant retinue, And offering body, speech, and mind, Sixty million retinues and attendants, Become the dwelling place of new and old skeletons. Enjoying the fresh flesh and blood feast, Inside the skull cup, drinking and eating without limit, Short spears, swords, enemy axes, and Ropes, clubs, adzes, and Five and Lada, blood scattering, All surrounded by gatherings of the wicked. In these mandalas of delight, By merely holding the name, Meditating on this at the soles of the feet, If one speaks one's own essence, We will act like servants, Whatever is needed, We will accomplish the complete body. Sitting and offering this essence in this way. Oṃ (藏文:ཨོ~ྂ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Khaṃ (藏文:ཁ~ྂ,梵文天城体:खं,梵文罗马拟音:khaṃ,汉语字面意思:空) Dhruha Svāhā (藏文:དྷཱུ་ཧ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ,梵文天城体:ध्रुह स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:dhruha svāhā,汉语字面意思:稳固 梭哈). The great mandala of the powerful deity, and Offering body, speech, and mind, Eighty thousand million retinues and attendants, Scattering flowers and grains, Many silk cushions, and Precious cloths and beatings, and Music, songs, and dances, extremely pleasant, In the dwelling place of the precious palace, I enjoy many goddesses.
