以及观想具有智慧。手印也清楚地观想。心咒字句清楚地念诵。于此甘露手印是：充满宝瓶如意燃，如意满足所愿，消除烦恼痛苦，具足五欲功德，是无上大成就。甘露如雨降，具有四门手印，阿མྲྀ་ཏ་（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：不死）之物，乃是菩提心和大肉，以及大小便和血等，莲花红花等等，其他也有各种有意义之物，分或不分，加持成为甘露。为了清净分别念的习气，无垢清净，融入于法界中。观想手印光芒炽盛，消除四百零四种疾病，没有三毒痛苦，长久住世，获得大成就，如实宣说圆满二资粮。自身变成字ཧཱུ~ྂ་（藏文：ཧཱུ~ྂ་，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），于一切具足五欲，观想变成ཨོ~ྂ་（藏文：ཨོ~ྂ་，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）ཨཱཿ（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）ཧཱུ~ྂ་（藏文：ཧཱུ~ྂ་，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。光芒照耀炽盛，遍布十方。复又聚集光芒照耀，甘露炽盛。非常清楚，一心观想。其他也以字之集合加持。饮用则清净恶道业障。ཏྲ་ཏཱ།（藏文：ཏྲ་ཏཱ།，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：tra，汉语字面意思：扎）恒常依止，也能成就殊胜成就。消除四百零四种疾病，如果恒常供养天神，则与自性无二无别。如果对不顺之方作食子，则猛厉暴恶者也和顺。其他一切成就，如所缘而成就。如果获得佛果，则天魔等更不用说。毫无怀疑地修持，恒常行持且融入法界。秘密心髓决定，出自《幻化网续王》中修药品之品第三十九。之后，为了生起大喜悦，宣说所谓的彼等之加持，特意宣说此偈颂。于此殊胜供施是，四十五大幻化，安住于界与五大中，彼乃幻化善巧方便，以网显现圆满身语意，一切无余皆手印，法身

Possessing the four-door mudra, The substance of Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: immortality) is, Bodhicitta and great flesh, And urine, feces, blood, etc. Lotus, red flower, and so forth, And also various meaningful things, Whether separated or not, Bless as nectar. In order to purify the imprints of conceptualization, Pure and immaculate, Purify. Also, dissolve into the expanse. Contemplate the mudra blazing with light. Curing the four hundred and four diseases, Without the suffering of the three poisons, Abiding for a long kalpa, Great accomplishment will be attained, Truly speaking, completing the two accumulations. Oneself becomes the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Upon all possessing the five enjoyments, Contemplate becoming Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོ~ྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). If Buddhahood is attained, Then what need to mention gods and demons, etc.? Without doubt, accomplish it. Always practice and dissolve into the expanse. The Secret Essence Decided, from the King of Tantras, the Net of Magical Illusion, the Chapter on Accomplishing Medicine, the Thirty-ninth. Then, in order to generate great joy, this which is called the arising of the blessings of those, this verse is specifically spoken. Here, the supreme offering is, The forty-five great illusions, Abiding in the elements and the five elements themselves, That itself is the skillful means of illusion, Manifesting complete body, speech, and mind through the net, All without exception are mudras, Dharmakaya.
