缚。所有痛苦皆是错觉之轮，三界颠倒四见，三时五道一切众生，烦恼痛苦全部净化。彻底解脱见，圆满十地也圆满成佛之地。因此应当修持此药，因是利益一切之药，因此不要执着于我和我所，舍弃清净与不净之分别念，一切行于平等性中。根本了悟菩提心性，以方便行持度，以慈悲不要浪费。殊胜甘露是平等之界，甘露之义是无生无死，甘露之所住是菩提心，甘露之业是净化分别念，聚集我之光荣，成办众生之事。药之加持不可思议，净化恶趣成就善趣，如点金药与驱除黑暗一般，其他所需各种成办。由因缘所生之诸毒，根本之毒与合毒，龙毒肿胀毒等，以大悲之加持力，为了调伏一切诸毒，观想完整一切坛城，于五处融入五种种子字。嗡（藏文：ཨོ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）吽（藏文：ཧཱུ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 札（藏文：ཏྲཱ，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：札） 赫日（藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫日）。或者以阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）字来做，或者从赫日（藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫日）字放出。将诸毒转变为甘露，融入平等之界中。阿霍（藏文：ཨ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：अहो，梵文罗马拟音：aho，汉语字面意思：阿霍）：是金刚秘密之语。吽（藏文：ཧཱུ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）即是自性嗔恨金刚，以慈悲调伏分别念之我执，我与无我融入界中，且具有慈爱之心。嗡（藏文：ཨོ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）即是自性大愚痴，于智慧光明清明之状态中，一切生起之轮。札（藏文：ཏྲཱ，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：札）即是自性我慢功德，以慈悲增长利益众生之事，融入寂静大乐之界中，是功德无量之大海。赫日（藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫日）即是自性贪欲殊胜语，清净烦恼诸业，烦恼痛苦完全清净，无贪之心即是菩提。阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）即是自性业之勇士，一切诸事全部成就，是调伏一切邪念之殊胜者，光芒照耀十方四时。牟（藏文：མཱུ，梵文天城体：मू，梵文罗马拟音：mūṃ，汉语字面意思：牟）即是自性智慧光明，遣除懈怠散乱，从迅速慈悲中生起，诸佛

Binding. All suffering is the wheel of illusion, the four inverted views of the three realms, all beings in the five paths of the three times, all afflictions and suffering are purified. Complete liberation is seen, the ten bhumis are completed, and the Buddha's land is also completed. Therefore, this medicine should be practiced, as it is a medicine that benefits all. Therefore, do not cling to self and what belongs to me, abandon the notions of purity and impurity, and practice everything in equality. Realize the nature of Bodhicitta as the root, practice the perfections with skillful means, and do not waste compassion. The supreme nectar is the realm of equality, the meaning of nectar is without birth or death, the abode of nectar is Bodhicitta, the activity of nectar is to purify conceptual thoughts, gather my glory, and accomplish the benefit of beings. The blessings of medicine are inconceivable, purifying the lower realms and achieving higher realms, like the philosopher's stone and dispelling darkness. Other various needs are also accomplished. All poisons arising from conditions, the root poison and combined poisons, Naga poison, swelling poison, etc., by the blessing of great compassion, in order to subdue all poisons, contemplate the complete mandala, and dissolve the five syllables into the five places. Or do it with the letter Ā（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）, or emit it from the letter Hrīḥ（藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫日）. Transform all poisons into nectar, and dissolve them into the realm of equality. Aho（藏文：ཨ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：अहो，梵文罗马拟音：aho，汉语字面意思：阿霍）: is the secret Vajra word. Hūṃ（藏文：ཧཱུ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） is the Vajra of self-nature anger, subduing the conceptual self with compassion, merging the self and non-self into the realm, and possessing loving-kindness. Om（藏文：ཨོ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡） is the great self-nature ignorance, in the state of clear light of wisdom, the wheel of all arising. Trāṃ（藏文：ཏྲཱ，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：札） is the self-nature pride and merit, increasing the benefit of beings with compassion, merging into the realm of peaceful great bliss, the immeasurable ocean of merit. Hrīḥ（藏文：ཧརཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫日） is the supreme speech of self-nature desire, purifying the actions of afflictions, completely purifying afflictions and suffering, the desireless mind is enlightenment. Ā（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿） is the self-nature hero of action, accomplishing all things completely, the supreme subduer of all wrong thoughts, radiating in the ten directions and four times. Mūṃ（藏文：མཱུ，梵文天城体：मू，梵文罗马拟音：mūṃ，汉语字面意思：牟） is the self-nature wisdom light, dispelling laziness and distraction, arising from swift compassion, all the Buddhas.
