Then, the Bhagavan Mahasukha, the self-nature of all, abiding with nine heads, twenty-eight hands, and eight feet, with a terrifying voice, through the means of subduing with compassion, became extremely wrathful, Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ. Ha! Ha! Ha! Saying "Kha hi kha hi," he extracted the hearts and all the senses of the assembly of great evils, such as the great Ishvara. He pulled out all the entrails, cut and chopped all the limbs, drank all the blood, and chewed all the bones. Then, saying "Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ E Ā Ra Li Jaḥ Jaḥ," he gathered the ten directions of the world's realms, together with the sky, into the size of a single mustard seed. Then, the king of all bhutas, also the wives of kings such as the great arrogant one, the wives of all bhutas, the queen of all bhuta women, the great rakshasi, the human rakshasi, the Brahma woman, the quarrelsome woman, the powerful woman, the desire-entering woman, the young woman, the naked woman, the nectar woman, the peaceful woman, the club-wielding woman, the rakshasi, the flesh-eating woman, the joyful woman, the raw flesh-drinking intoxicating woman, the solitary woman, the captivating woman, the accomplished woman, the wind woman, the killing woman, the fire woman, the pig woman, the aging woman, the noseless woman, the water goddess, the great black woman, the great red-yellow goat-headed woman, the great blue-black vase-eared woman, the great yellow-black belly-holding woman, and so on, as well as servants and even smaller servants, attendants and even smaller attendants, as many as the dust particles in a field, were all gathered. Then, the Bhagavan Mahasukha, through the means of subduing the great glorious blood-drinker, again manifested the five families of Vajrabhairava, and having caused all of them to enter the samadhi called the cloud-arising mandala of joyful play, he extracted these from the body, speech, and mind vajras: Oṃ Hūṃ Āṃ Vajra Praveśa Alala Hoḥ! By saying this, the queens of the bhutas stirred their minds with extreme attachment, and the lotus mandala contracted and expanded. For example, in the manner that iron is attracted to a magnet, on the body of the Bhagavan Mahasukha, the glorious blood-drinking vajra, the great rakshasi, the unruly human rakshasi, the naked woman, the joyful woman, the killing woman, the great black woman, the great red-yellow woman, the great blue-black woman, and the great yellow-black woman, etc.

The body of the Bhagavan glorious Precious Blood-Drinker is surrounded by nectar goddesses, peaceful goddesses, staff goddesses, flesh-eating goddesses, and rakshasa goddesses. The body of the Bhagavan glorious Great Lotus Blood-Drinker is surrounded by blood-intoxicated goddesses, solitary practitioners, mind-captivating goddesses, boat goddesses, and wind goddesses. Then, very delighted, by reciting He, assemblies of great lion-faced women, assemblies of great tiger-faced women, assemblies of great fox-faced women, assemblies of great dog-faced women, assemblies of great laughing-faced women, assemblies of great kangka-faced women, assemblies of great vulture-faced women, and assemblies of great owl-faced women, all adorned with their own weapons and wonders, emerged. Having emerged, the sign of the great blazing wheel, revolving from outside the east, they abide with a fierce radiance. Then, very delighted, pervading all the fields of the ten directions without exception, by reciting Phaṭ, assemblies of vajra striding women, assemblies of vajra-faced women, assemblies of vajra world mothers, and assemblies of vajra corpse-raising women, all adorned with their own weapons and wonders, emerged.
