After gathering the secret mandala, the eighteenth chapter shows the supreme image. Then, the Tathagata entered the samadhi called the arising of the empowerment mudra of the Great Wrathful One, and specifically uttered this verse: In the realm of the senses, the knowledges, endowed with skillful means and wisdom, if one clearly realizes the nature of equality, then all are the seal of great bliss. In the palace of the great moving wheel, all the wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, if one meditates on them as clear and radiant, then all movements are mudras. The supreme great one spoke thus. The essence of the limbs is one-pointed, and the five-pointed, nine-pointed, and eleven-pointed, each separately cultivate the various actions. The feet endowed with skillful means and wisdom, constantly transform into blazing vajras. If each great skillful means is moved, then each undefiled lotus arises. After combining the vajra and lotus there, all sentient beings are unsurpassed, and are born under the Bodhi tree. The deities of the self-nature mandala also meditate on the mandala of the wrathful one, and if the mandala of the head is moved, then all Buddha mandalas are shaken. If the actions of the hands are moved, then all the realms of vidyadharas are shaken. If the great steps of the feet are stepped on and leaped, then all unbearable sufferings are trampled, as well as demons and evil guides. If all the limbs are shaken, then from each pore of the hair, countless wrathful ones radiate like dust. Those countless emanations, in the ten directions of the world, as numerous as dust particles, the meaning of the wrathful ones is as numerous as dust particles, pacifying with compassion and dissolving into the dharmadhatu. All the mandala of the wrathful ones and the mandala of the wrathful mothers are completely merged. All are on the vajra rock, and the mandala of the volcano blazes fiercely. This is the great general seal. In order to subdue the obstacles above, the vajra wheel stands with a human head on top. In order to subdue the obstacles of the world below, the vajra plowshare, the human-headed staff, and the vajra great pestle bell. To subdue the obstacles of the east, the vajra blazes fiercely, and the great Tira staff. To subdue the obstacles of the south, the jewel human-headed staff, and holding the foot of the great Yama. To subdue the obstacles of the west.
