Respectfully submitted: Regarding the matter of writing and sending the Sanskrit original of the Glorious Secret Essence Tantra, That Sanskrit original was written on Tala leaves in excellent Vartula script, Because it was from a long time ago, some of the letters are blurred, Also, one Tala leaf is missing from the beginning of the ninth chapter, And the ending is also incomplete. However, there are twenty chapters that have been completed and not translated, and two chapters that are close to completion. Even so, it is not clear how much has been completed. If these two are proofread, perhaps they can be understood a little, but it has not been done. There are also errors in these places that have been slightly proofread, so please correct those well, and please also translate these two well. The venerable Raudrakīrti searched well for the Sanskrit original, And showed it to the mantra holders who uphold this text. Like the great scholar Biśvamitra and others, Please refer to the practice methods of the text to practice the Secret Essence. The former translator, the scholar Mangziks Lodrö, was wise, Skilled in both Chinese and Tibetan languages and well-studied, He did not find this text, which is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, He is the sun that dispels darkness when entering this tantra. Buddha Secret Sun, Wöser Senge, Wrote a commentary that is in accordance with the later tantras. Those who abandon these two and explain as they please, Are a chain of errors of licentious wisdom. Because they have not seen the text of the Long-Eared Six Doctrines, It is said that they do not know the boundaries of the Six Doctrines. In particular, in the commentary on the glorious Guhyasamaja written by Pandit Vishwamitra, many sources of this tantra were cited. By tracing the source and repeatedly discussing this matter with everyone, one day, near a good place in the Ü-Tsang region of Tibet, a disciple of Garwa Senge Ö, a mantra-practicing virtuous friend named Tatönpa, said: 'The Sanskrit original of the Secret Essence Sutra is in Samye Monastery, with my uncle, a mantra practitioner.' When asked for the reason, he said that some Acharyas who claimed to be going to Wutai Mountain, who knew a little Tibetan, came from Lhasa and stayed in Samye Monastery for a while, looking at the Sanskrit scriptures of the temple.
