于伟大的莲花之身中，与血醉母、独行母、迷人母、成就母、风母等相拥。薄伽梵吉祥饮血大尊，于一切事业之身中，与火母、猪母、老作母、大鼻母、水天母等相拥。其后，薄伽梵大喜之忿怒尊坛城众，诵念吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，莲花坛城之众聚集，变得极其收摄。其后，欢喜而念诵哈字，从菩提心之云中，白母之众、盗母之众、痴母之众、灰作母之众、香母之众、暴母之众、具痣者之众、母众火之众等，各自手持器械，伴随奇妙景象而显现。显现后，于炽燃大轮之侧，从东方开始环绕，以怖畏之形，手持各自器械而安住。其后，极其欢喜而念诵嘿字，大狮面母之众、大虎面母之众、大狐面母之众、大犬面母之众、笑面母之众、秃鹫面母之众、乌鸦面母之众、猫头鹰面母之众等，各自手持器械，伴随奇妙景象而显现。显现后，于炽燃大轮之外，从东方开始环绕，以威严之光彩而安住。其后，极其欢喜，以遍布十方一切刹土之势，念诵啪特（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪特）字，金刚姊妹众、金刚面母众、金刚世间母众、金刚起尸母众等，各自手持器械，伴随诸多奇妙景象而显现。显现后，于炽燃坛城之门，以极其威严之形而安住。其后，从大喜之云中，于十方发出啪特之声，一切忿怒，所有母众亦于各自所处之方位，刹那间前往。其后，薄伽梵大喜大尊，吉祥饮血大尊等一切众，皆入于名为大悲甘露生起之三摩地中，身语意化为金刚

In the great lotus body, embraced by the blood-intoxicated mother, the solitary-acting mother, the captivating mother, the accomplished mother, and the wind mothers. The Bhagavan, glorious great blood-drinker, in the body of all actions, embraced by the fire mother, the pig mother, the old-making mother, the big-nosed mother, and the water goddess. Then, the assembly of wrathful deities of the great bliss of the Bhagavan, uttering the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), the assembly of the lotus mandala gathered and became extremely contracted. Then, rejoicing, uttering the syllable Ha, from the clouds of bodhicitta, the assembly of white mothers, the assembly of thief mothers, the assembly of ignorant mothers, the assembly of ash-making mothers, the assembly of incense mothers, the assembly of fierce mothers, the assembly of those with moles, and the assembly of mother-fire, each with their own implements and wonders, emerged. Having emerged, on the side of the great blazing wheel, circling from the east, with a terrifying form, abiding with their own implements. Then, greatly rejoicing, uttering the syllable He, the assembly of great lion-faced mothers, the assembly of great tiger-faced mothers, the assembly of great fox-faced mothers, the assembly of great dog-faced mothers, the assembly of laughing-faced mothers, the assembly of vulture-faced mothers, the assembly of crow-faced mothers, and the assembly of owl-faced mothers, each with their own implements and wonders, emerged. Having emerged, outside the great blazing wheel, circling from the east, abiding with a majestic radiance. Then, greatly rejoicing, pervading all the fields of the ten directions without exception, uttering the syllable Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phaṭ), the assembly of vajra sisters, the assembly of vajra-faced mothers, the assembly of vajra world mothers, and the assembly of vajra corpse-raising mothers, each with their own implements and various wonders, emerged. Having emerged, at the gate of the blazing mandala, abiding with an extremely majestic form. Then, from the clouds of great bliss, proclaiming the syllable Phaṭ from the ten directions, all wrathful, all the mothers also went in an instant to their respective places. Then, the Bhagavan, the great bliss, the glorious great blood-drinker, all entered into the samadhi called the arising of great compassion nectar, body, speech, and mind transformed into vajra.

By reciting "Oṃ Vajra Mahā Amrita Mahā Krodha Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོྂ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཨྂ་ཨྂ་ཨྂ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्र महा अमृत महा क्रोध हूं हूं हूं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra mahā amṛta mahā krodha hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Great, Amrita, Great, Wrathful, Hum, Hum, Hum)", all the great powerful ones and so on, were taken and extracted by the Bhagavan Great Wrathful Ones. From being immersed in the impure mud ocean, Utcchushma Krodha was taken out, drank all the mud, and regained his memory. He also saw all those wrathful mandala assemblies, all with nine hundred heads, one thousand eight hundred hands, and eight hundred feet, residing in the mandala of great blazing fire. At that time, in order to subdue all the arrogant powerful ones in the ten directions of the six realms, they were simultaneously subdued by various inconceivable methods. Then, they trembled greatly, and with a voice of extreme dejection, said: "We are your servants, we are your servants. If we do not diligently serve, our heads and bodies will be shattered into a hundred pieces, our hearts will also be shattered and cut off, rot, burn, and be destroyed, and fall into hell to cry out!" Having sworn an oath to be servants, they were placed as seats by the mandala. All spoke with one voice, saying: "Our consorts, mothers, daughters, and sisters, please accept them into the great mandala. Hero Lord, please accept. Even just holding the name of this great mandala of our individual retinues, like a blazing jewel on the crown, with a mind without deceit and full of respect, we take it and place it on the crown of our heads and honor it. Whatever its need may be, we will completely accomplish it. If we do not accomplish as spoken before the hero, our heads, bodies, and hearts will be cut into pieces and rot." Thus they spoke. Then, all the assemblies of their wives, mothers, sisters, and daughters, came to the mandala in an instant. All spoke with one voice, saying: "All of us, the entire retinue, are servants of the great hero. Great hero, please grant us the accomplishment of our actions." Thus they spoke. Then, the Bhagavan, greatly pleased, gave a vajra in his hand and bestowed the empowerment of names, and placed them outside the mandala.
