大地的黑风，寒冷和热气的气息使十方一切界域扰乱，产生四百零四种疾病，以使人迷醉和衰败的力量，将龙族、非天族、天族、梵天族、光明族、善增族、大果族等全部摄为己有。凭借先前修持的力量，一切知者观察到后，以慈悲之心调伏了他们。之后，为了显示大如来金刚布置的幻化网，调伏六道十方三有之主的巨大傲慢的光辉，一切如来的身语意金刚之主，薄伽梵大喜金刚，以大忿怒明王坛城的大云遍布，入于幻化网之王的三摩地。从如是之法界中，显现出忿怒母大自在，以“嘿嘿”的喜悦光芒，使珍宝莲花开放，融入无二的拥抱之喜悦中，从菩提心之云中，念诵“吽 吽 吽 比夏瓦 瓦日拉 卓达 匝瓦拉 曼达拉 帕特 帕特 帕特 哈拉 哈拉 哈拉 吽”。由此，六道十方无边遍布的忿怒尊坛城之众，如三千大千世界般，十方微尘可数，六道十方一切摇动，剧烈摇动，普遍摇动。轰轰，剧烈轰轰，普遍轰轰。闪闪，剧烈闪闪，普遍闪闪。淅淅，剧烈淅淅，普遍淅淅。碎碎，剧烈碎碎，普遍碎碎。六道十方一切虚空界中居住的具大权者、具大威光者、具大力者的大自在天等全部昏厥，剧烈昏厥，普遍昏厥。然后，薄伽梵大喜金刚自身，化现为大怖畏者，极其可怖，名为“令毛发竖立”的大火焰饮血者，身色紫黑，变化不定，头、手、足如虚空微尘般众多，手持各种兵器。

The black winds of the earth, the cold, and the breaths of heat disturb all realms in the ten directions, causing the four hundred and four diseases to arise. By the power of intoxication and decay, they subdue all, including the Naga race, the Asura race, the Deva race, the Brahma race, the Clear Light race, the Good Increase race, and the Great Fruit race. Through the power of previous practice, the All-Knowing One observed this and subdued them with compassion. Then, in order to display the great Vajra arrangement of the Tathagata's illusory net, to subdue the great pride of the lords of the three existences in the six realms and ten directions, the Vajra Lord of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, the Bhagavan Great Delightful One, with the great clouds of the wrathful king's mandala spreading forth, entered into the Samadhi of the King of the Illusory Net. From the sphere of Suchness itself, he manifested the Great Wrathful Mother, the Great自在, and with the joyful radiance of "Hi Hi," caused the precious lotus to bloom, merging into the joy of inseparable embrace. From the clouds of Bodhicitta, he recited, "Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Biśawa Bajra Krodha Jwala Mandala Phat Phat Phat Hala Hala Hala Hūṃ." By this, the assembly of wrathful deities, filling the boundless ten directions of the six realms, as vast as three thousand great thousand worlds, with the dust motes of the ten directions becoming countable, all of the six realms and ten directions trembled, trembled greatly, trembled universally. Boom boom, trembled greatly boom boom, trembled universally boom boom. Flash flash, trembled greatly flash flash, trembled universally flash flash. Shishishi, trembled greatly shishishi, trembled universally shishishi. Shatter shatter, trembled greatly shatter shatter, trembled universally shatter shatter. All the great powerful ones, the great glorious ones, the great mighty Great自在 and others, residing in all the empty realms of the six realms and ten directions, fainted, fainted greatly, fainted universally. Then, the Bhagavan Great Delightful One himself transformed into the Great Terrifier, extremely terrifying, the great blazing blood-drinker named "Hair-Raising," with a dark purplish-black body that changes in every way, with heads, hands, and feet as numerous as the dust motes of space, holding various weapons.

With three heads, six arms, and four legs, rejoicing in the great charnel ground, in the center of the sea of blood, upon the great skeleton mountain, in the center of the wheel of blazing fire, the Great Lord and the Lord of the Charnel Ground, the Great Arrogant One, husband and wife, reside in a posture of stretching and contracting on the seat. The retinue of the wrathful mandala, some transformed into the Great Glorious Blood Drinker, reside in the east. Some transformed into the Great Glorious Blood Drinker, the Jewel Family, reside in the south. Some transformed into the Great Glorious Blood Drinker, the Lotus Family, reside in the west. Some transformed into the Great Glorious Blood Drinker, the All-Accomplishing Family, reside in the north. All of them possess the appearance of great terror, with roaring sounds of intimidation, in the midst of blazing flames, with three heads, six arms, and four legs, using the husband and wife of Gandharvas, Yakshas, Rakshasas, and Yamaraja as cushions, reside in a posture of stretching and contracting. The assembly of consorts, the Great Blood Drinkers, also reside in their respective illusory forms. The section from "Five Families of Five Families" to "How Marvelous" is covered by Chinese commentaries. It is not clear in the four commentaries of Rongzom, Manlungpa, and Yungtonpa, and it has not been seen in Chinese versions either. However, in the Tara commentary, it seems that one or two different Chinese versions have appeared. In one Chinese version, there is also an addition of "Then the Great Lord, the Loving One, the Great Arrogant One." After merging and condensing into one Heruka, it is marvelous that one subdues many. Then, the Great Arrogant One and others, with fierce minds, displayed various cruel great magical powers, and with one voice, with cruel roars, spoke rude and violent words: "Ouch, ouch! Lord of Compassion, why do you do such a thing?" They wailed, and with extremely cruel minds, angrily roared.
