根本三和支分二十五，有知和无知无明力所致，祈愿莫为衰损之过染污。我以誓言恳切忏悔之力，愿能圆满瑜伽誓言之衰损，祈愿获得大果位，三界轮回一切有情众，祈愿安住于平等金刚之列。祈愿空行母以慈悲摄受我，衰损之过完全得以清净，祈请赐予身语意之成就。如是说。出自《无垢王忏悔续》，衰损罪障圆满忏悔品第五。之后，世尊一切安住于誓言之持明者，空行母众宣说了此忏悔文。智慧本尊和空行具誓者，内外护法无余祈垂念。长久时日亲近修持之本尊，护法具誓者无余祈垂念。金刚上师道友和金刚姊妹，持明修行者等亦祈垂念。誓言承诺守护瑜伽誓言之，三身传承诸位亦祈垂念。出自《幻化网续誓言十万部》，为四种瑜伽之义利，智慧超胜之秘密主，二十八尊简略示数量。了知之后誓愿守护与修持，如法如理修行未得成，无明我等身语意，以放逸之行违越誓言，中断誓言随心所欲，不解誓言不守护，修行能力弱小故，根本支分所有之誓言，衰损违犯错谬皆忏悔。金刚上师道友和金刚姊妹，邪见恶念偷盗殴打等，恶语相向直接加害，身之誓言衰损皆忏悔。本尊之禅定散乱，四种手印不如法，心咒念诵中断故，语之誓言衰损皆忏悔。秘密十种等口诀交付，誓言衰损不净染污者，言语泄露行为粗暴故，意之誓言衰损皆忏悔。

The three roots and twenty-five branches, Due to the power of knowing and not knowing, and ignorance, May we not be stained by the fault of degeneration. With this heartfelt confession of vows, May the degeneration of the yogic vows be fulfilled, May we attain the great fruit of accomplishment, and may all sentient beings in the three realms of samsara, May they abide in the rank of equality and vajra. May the dakinis hold me with their compassion, May the faults of degeneration be completely purified, I pray for the attainment of body, speech, and mind. Thus it was said. From the "Immaculate King Confession Tantra," the fifth chapter, the confession of fulfilling degeneration and obscuration. Then, the Bhagavan, all the vidyadharas abiding in vows, The assembly of mothers spoke this confession. Wisdom deities and vow-holding dakinis, All inner and outer protectors, please heed. Deities who have been propitiated and practiced for a long time, All protectors and vow-holders, please heed. Vajra masters, dharma friends, and vajra sisters, Vidyadhara practitioners, please also heed. Those who have vowed to protect the yogic vows, All the lineages of the three kayas, please also heed. From the "Array King Tantra, Hundred Thousand Vows," For the benefit of the four yogas, The secret lord of supreme wisdom, Briefly showed the number of twenty-eight. Having understood, vowed to protect and practice, Without accomplishing the practice according to the method and scriptures, Due to ignorance, we, with body, speech, and mind, Have violated the vows with careless conduct, Breaking the vows at will, Not understanding or protecting the vows, Due to weak practice ability, From the vows of the root and branches, I confess all degeneration, violation, and errors. To the vajra master, dharma friends, and vajra sisters, Wrong views, evil thoughts, stealing, beating, etc., Speaking ill and directly harming, I confess all degeneration of the body vow. The samadhi of the yidam deity is distracted, The four mudras are not clear according to the scriptures, The mantra and recitation are interrupted, I confess all degeneration of the speech vow. Entrusting the secret ten and other instructions, Those who have degenerated the vows and are impure, Leaking words and with coarse behavior, I confess all degeneration of the mind vow.

གས།། 应行持的五种誓言，即交合解脱母的加持受用，以及妄语，恶语等五种下品誓言，于无二之境中平等结合后，为利有情如法行持，若未如教言及论典行持，以无明邪行之过失，行持之誓言已失坏，我忏悔发露。不可舍弃的五种誓言，即贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴、我慢及嫉妒等五毒，本为五部之自性，故于证悟后安住于不可舍弃，如是若未证悟，任由烦恼而行，不舍弃誓言已失坏，我忏悔发露。应当受取的五种誓言，即大便、小便、红物、精液及血肉等五种誓物，成就四者与存在三者等，清净各自之分别念，为成办成就之大方便，于无执著分别而受取，若未以无二见受取，以净秽之见而不如法受取，所依之誓言已失坏，我忏悔发露。应当了知的五种誓言，即五蕴与五大，五色与五境，五根，五识与五部，五智，五父与五母，以结合及了知，而作分别之观想，若以愚昧及错乱而未如是了知，于声闻等下乘，未作分别之观想，所知之誓言已失坏，我忏悔发露。应当修持的五种誓言，即金刚部与如来部，宝生部与莲花部，事业部等五佛，此乃应当修持之果位，以精进修持禅定，不具懈怠，而得修持之果位，若以精进力小，修持禅定时间短，修持之果位至今未得，所修之誓言已失坏，我忏悔发露。如是等等大誓言，以违背论典而造罪，愿智慧本尊与空行具誓者，以及护法海众之心意，皆不违背，深感惭愧与后悔。

Gya! The five vows to be practiced are: the blessing of union and liberation mother, taking and giving, and telling lies. The five inferior vows, such as harsh words, are: in the state of non-duality, they are combined equally. For the benefit of sentient beings, they should be practiced according to the scriptures. If they are not practiced according to the teachings and scriptures, the vows of practice will be broken due to the faults of ignorance and evil deeds. I confess and reveal the broken vows. The five vows that cannot be abandoned are: desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy, etc. The five poisons are originally the nature of the five families. Therefore, after realizing them, one should abide in the state of non-abandonment. If one does not realize them, one should practice according to one's own desires. The vow of non-abandonment is broken. I confess and reveal it. The five vows to be accepted are: feces, urine, red substances, semen, and flesh, etc. The five vows of substances, such as the four accomplishments and the three existences, purify all the distinctions of each. The great means of accomplishing the accomplishments, without clinging to distinctions, should be accepted. If one does not accept them with the non-dual view, but accepts them with the view of purity and impurity, the vows of reliance are broken. I confess and reveal them. The five vows to be known are: the five aggregates and the five great elements, the five colors and the five objects, the five senses, the five consciousnesses and the five families, the five wisdoms, the five fathers and the five mothers. By combining and knowing them, one should make distinct visualizations. If one does not know them in this way due to ignorance and confusion, one does not make distinct visualizations in the lower vehicles such as the Hearers. The vows of knowledge are broken. I confess and reveal them. The five vows to be practiced are: the Vajra family and the Tathagata family, the Ratna family and the Padma family, the Karma family, etc., the five Buddhas. This is the result to be practiced. By diligently practicing meditation and samadhi, without laziness, one should attain the result of practice. If one has little diligence and short time for meditation and practice, one has not yet attained the result of practice. The vows to be practiced are broken. I confess and reveal them. Thus, the great vows, by violating the scriptures, have committed sins. May the wisdom deities and the oath-bound dakinis, and the minds of the ocean of Dharma protectors, not be violated. I am deeply ashamed and regretful.
