我未受灌顶，就被上师摄受，享用了甚深之教言，并加以伪造。有些人未领悟隐秘之口诀，却显露隐藏之秘密，轻率地行持甚深密咒之行，造作了如乌鸦和豺狼般的罪业，忏悔并坦白造作了无法忍受之地狱业。有些人如法领受了智慧本尊和金刚上师的秘密誓言，却因囤积而违背教言，成为了僧团中的豺狼，囤积税收，对道友有所保留，侵吞了供养神灵和圣者的精华。有些人未能领悟此世的短暂，不了解来世，为了取悦朋友、强取豪夺、傲慢自大而造作恶业，忏悔并坦白未能精通密咒之经典。此外，违背了二十五支分誓言中应守护的五条誓言：双修男女（ཏ་ན་ག་ཎ་གཉིས།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：），不予而取，妄语，绮语，忏悔并坦白未能精通经典。违背了五条不应舍弃的誓言：贪欲，嗔恨，愚痴，我慢，嫉妒，忏悔并坦白未能精通经典。违背了五条应受持的誓言：大便，小便，血，肉，金刚甘露，忏悔并坦白未能精通经典。违背了五条应知的誓言：五蕴，五大，五根，五境，五色等等，未能认识到它们是本族的父，本族的母，勇士，明妃，怒尊，怒母，本尊和本母的自性，忏悔并坦白。违背了五条应修持的誓言：如来部，金刚部，宝生部，莲花部，事业部等等，未能成就五部如来之身语意的悉地，懈怠懒惰，忏悔并坦白。此外，还有二十条特殊修持誓言，四条行为常续誓言，四条自性见誓言，三条要义决定誓言。

Without having received empowerment, I was seized by the master, consumed the profound teachings, and fabricated them. Some, without understanding the hidden instructions, revealed the concealed secrets, and carelessly practiced the profound tantric conduct. They committed sins like crows and jackals, confessing and admitting to creating unbearable hellish karma. Some properly received the secret vows of the wisdom deity and the Vajra Master, but violated the teachings by hoarding, becoming jackals in the sangha, hoarding taxes, being reserved with dharma friends, and encroaching upon the essence offered to deities and noble beings. Some, failing to realize the transience of this world, not understanding the next, committed evil deeds to please friends, seize by force, and be arrogant, confessing and admitting to not mastering the tantric scriptures. Furthermore, I have transgressed the five vows to be practiced among the twenty-five branch vows: the two Tanagana (ཏ་ན་ག་ཎ་གཉིས།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：), taking what is not given, lying, and idle talk, confessing and admitting to not mastering the scriptures. I have transgressed the five vows not to be abandoned: desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy, confessing and admitting to not mastering the scriptures. I have transgressed the five vows to be accepted: excrement, urine, blood, meat, and Vajra nectar, confessing and admitting to not mastering the scriptures. I have transgressed the five vows to be known: the five aggregates, the five elements, the five senses, the five objects, the five colors, etc., not recognizing them as the nature of the father of the family, the mother of the family, the hero, the heroine, the wrathful deity, the wrathful mother, the deity and the goddess, confessing and admitting. I have transgressed the five vows to be practiced: the Tathagata family, the Vajra family, the Ratna family, the Padma family, the Karma family, etc., failing to attain the siddhi of body, speech, and mind of the five families of Sugatas, being lazy and lacking diligence, confessing and admitting. Furthermore, there are twenty special practice vows, four conduct continuity vows, four nature view vows, and three essential definitive vows.

Etc., not knowing the boundaries of guarding the vows arising from the tantric scriptures of the inner path, all actions that contradict the scriptures are confessed and repented. Furthermore, all vows arising from the transmissions of all secret mantra tantras, as well as the vows of bodhisattvas, the Vinaya of the Shravakas, and the worldly laws and oaths, all violations are confessed and repented. Furthermore, the profound teachings are disregarded, and due to personal reasons, one is swayed by wealth and words, performing mantra reversals against the deities of the Three Jewels, dedicating to the great offerings of the Pratīharya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), and using the property of the Three Jewels, such as the Mahābodhi (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), by touching and using them, especially dedicating to the great Tsog offerings, and dedicating to profound meditation and practice, etc., limiting all the implements of offerings, using them directly, and accumulating the causes of falling into the lower realms by deducting and cutting back, all is confessed and repented. Furthermore, transgressing the thousand and eight branch vows, accumulating the causes of samsara in the lower realms, all is confessed and repented. Furthermore, presuming to have entered the gate of secret mantra, due to the power of ignorance, not recognizing the true vows, vows are broken, and various evil deeds are committed, accumulating the causes of various sufferings, all is confessed and repented. Transgressing the time vows set for the tenth days, the six times, the four times, etc., all the downfalls due to distraction from time are confessed and repented. Furthermore, through the ten practices of Dharma, vowing to do good deeds, but not succeeding, and all sinful and non-virtuous actions, all is confessed and repented. Although the illusory wisdom self-arisen deities have no conceptualization, all actions that contradict the wisdom belonging to their retinue, and the clinging to good and bad accomplished by karma, and the teachings that sever the vows, protecting the strict teachings, and the minds of the Dharma protectors, all is confessed and repented. Furthermore, all actions that contradict the minds of the Vajra brothers and sisters of the ten directions and three times are confessed and repented. Thus, by performing profound confession and repentance, and intense remorse and extreme regret, the broken root and branch vows are restored.
