Then Vajra Dharma was told: Great Bodhisattva, you are the true mind of all Buddhas of the three times, therefore you also have the courage to ask the Bhagavan. Bhagavan, Lord of Secrets, who has attained non-duality, cuts off all doubts, so please ask all your doubts and hesitations. Please ask again and again. The Lord of Secrets will teach the Dharma according to the order of the vessels, and will also bless those Bodhisattvas who are of low intelligence and discouraged. After saying this, Vajra Dharma understood the exhortations of the five families of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and blessed countless Bodhisattvas of low intelligence in the retinue, making them fit vessels. Then, Vajra Dharma looked at the face of the teacher and said this: Emaho! Sugata Bhagavan! Supreme speech, immaculate teaching! We, the assembly of retinues, do not understand, please Sugata explain it to us. Then, the Lord of Secrets again entered into a samadhi that is without elaboration and beyond expression, and said this: Vajra Dharma and the five families, and all the Bodhisattvas assembled here, please listen! The characteristics of Bodhicitta are: unspeakable, beyond speech, thought, and all concepts. It is called the unreal Bodhicitta. Speech is called conventional. In reality, there is no speech. The self-born body is the source of bliss. In the unconditioned ultimate nature, Buddhas and sentient beings are non-dual. One's own body, speech, and mind are inseparable from the non-dual, unconditioned Vajra. Because the three doors of body, speech, and mind are without object, therefore, with the unconditioned mind-essence, both ultimate and conventional truths appear. There, there is no movement from the appearing Dharmadhatu. In this way, the wise person generates the supreme, non-dual Bodhicitta. After saying this, the five families of Buddhas and the Bodhisattvas gathered there all focused on their own body, speech, and mind, and became silent. Then, Vajra Dharma spoke these words of realization: Emaho! Sugata Bhagavan! All the victorious ones of the past, present, and future

All. The Dharmakaya arises from the Bodhicitta. In the causal state, that nature is clear. Wisdom is gradually clarified, The unconditioned, ultimate nature itself. The mind that is free from elaboration and beyond words, Like the sky free from dust, Even metaphors cannot represent it. This essence that is difficult to realize, Is utterly inconceivable and without a place. Thus it was said. Then, the Bhagavan Akshobhya Buddha spoke of the measure of realizing Bodhicitta. Emaho, Sugata Bhagavan! The intention of the Buddhas of the three times, Creates everything from the absence of focus. That perfectly clarifies the meaning of the mantra. The place of perfect bliss is the perfection of Bodhicitta, Free from grasping and apprehended, clear in wisdom. Clear and immaculate, is the command of the Victorious Ones. That perfect non-dual nature body, Transcends words, letters, and sounds, Unspeakable, beyond expression, the supreme meaning. The very nature of the mind, free from thought, Is the unborn nature of oneself. Thus it was said. Then, the Bhagavan Vairochana, the all-knowing one, spoke of the measure of realizing Bodhicitta. Emaho, Sugata Bhagavan! Of all the Buddhas of the three times, Everything arises from Bodhicitta. In the state of arising, unmoving and clear. The clear wisdom is great bliss. The very nature of great bliss is diverse, However one examines it, there is no duality. Non-duality is beyond expression. Thus it was said. Then, the Bhagavan named Ratnasambhava spoke of the measure of realizing Bodhicitta. Emaho, Sugata Bhagavan! Of all the Sugatas of the three times, The non-dual Bodhicitta is called, Everything arises from its very nature. Howsoever it appears, it is the realm of purity, Unconditioned, primordially pure like the sky. Non-dual means and wisdom, There is nothing other than equality. Thus it was said. Then, the mind-son of the Bhagavan Amitabha spoke of the measure of realizing Bodhicitta. Emaho, Sugata Bhagavan! Everything arises from the Dharmadhatu, At the very moment of arising, it is inexpressible, In the inexpressible nature, everything is clear. All the distinctions of clarity are clear, The distinctions of clarity arise separately. From that, everything is without affliction, The immaculate, pure body of the Victorious Ones. The yogi, the intelligent one.

Accomplished through meditation. Thus it was said. Then, the Bhagavan, having accomplished all meanings, spoke of the measure of realizing the mind of enlightenment. Emaho, Sugata Bhagavan, the Dharmakaya arises from the mind of enlightenment. In the causal state, it is clear. Gradually, it becomes clear, abiding in the nature of non-duality. The unconditioned, inexpressible nature, accomplished through the meditation of noble yogis. Thus it was said. Then, the assembly of beings, including the five Sugatas, remained contemplating the meaning that is inseparable from the nature of non-duality and free from expression. The king of tantras, the king of kings, the most secret of all the secrets of all the Tathagatas, from the twelve scriptures of Kīlaya, the chapter on the determination of the mind of enlightenment, the nature of suchness, is the second chapter. Then, Vajradharma again offered the Bhagavan pure outer, inner, and secret offerings. He circumambulated hundreds of thousands of times, prostrated himself, and prayed to the Lord of Secrets: Emaho, Sugata Bhagavan, friend of all beings, lord of the noble ones, possessing the nature of equanimity, rescuing from the realm of samsara, and for the sake of establishing sentient beings on the path, the Vajra Mandala, the precious Mandala, the Lotus Mandala, the Karma Mandala, the great Vairocana Mandala, are the places where all accomplishments arise. Sugata, the wonderful, is gathered in you. Those arising from the three secrets, for all beings of the six realms, holding a mind of great benefit, and for the sake of compassion for the yogis, we and the assembly pray. Thus he prayed. Then, the teacher, the Lord of Secrets, having heard the words of Vajradharma, each in their own mandala, spoke with great joy and without hindrance, for the sake of compassion for the wise yogis. All the distinctions of actions, and the supreme, intermediate, and lower accomplishments, those who wish to become acharyas, and those who follow the Sugatas, will explain their respective characteristics. Skillfully teach the tantras, hold the warmth of samadhi in your heart, be extremely knowledgeable and without doubt in all the Buddha's words and treatises, be patient in meaning and diligently meditate, possess non-dual wisdom and great faith, the meaning of the four secrets.
