Holding charnel ground ornaments and weapons. Cutting off the obstacles of the ten directions. Protecting all places of the mandala. Hūṃ! Again and again, arrange the mantras and the letters with light. The inner and outer assemblies of the wheel, the inner and outer offerings of tormas, the inner and outer offering of all activities, and the inner and outer collections of remaining enjoyments. In your own mandala, properly enjoy all the unions completely. Revive your own samaya, bestow empowerment, blessings, and supplications, and by repeatedly establishing the mandala, take hold of the assembly of disciples. May they generate the supreme bodhicitta, and by purifying the objects of self and others, accomplish all purposes, and become endowed with the abodes of body, speech, and mind. First, by perfecting the inner and outer empowerments, establish the mandala of accomplishment, the true abode of nectar and siddhis, and bestow the unwavering empowerment of non-duality. May they, according to their own samaya, always hold and increase it through the radiance of their own mantra deity. Always hold and increase it. At the time of great accomplishment, through the mandala of Hayagriva empowerment, may you empower all abodes of siddhis, the secret assemblies of the lineage mudras, through the radiance of the twelve deeds of non-dual means and wisdom, may the palace of nectar be completely expanded. May the lineage mandala be clearly accomplished, and may it abide in the manner of the wheel, entering in stages. May you empower all siddhis, and may it always abide steadfastly.
