The hair is brownish-black and stands upright. The head is adorned with five blood-drinkers, wearing a skirt of human skin, wearing a garment of fresh elephant hide, adorned with a garland of dry and wet skulls, with four types of snakes adorning the four places, wearing a tiger skin loincloth. Residing within a smoky black mountain of fire in a charnel ground, embracing the single-haired mother, becoming one, residing in the manner of receiving the command of the servant Jowo, and dwelling with the arrogance of the malicious ones trampled underfoot. Then the great blood-drinker, having bestowed the great pride of wrath, for the sake of empowerment, said: Hum Vajrakilaya Hum Jnana Vajra. The wisdom nine-pointed vajra is given in the first right hand. The five wisdom vajra with five points are given in the middle of the right hand. The Mount Meru that torments afflictions is given in the last right hand. The bhandha of compassion is given in the first left hand, thus bestowing empowerment.
