For the disciples, brothers and sisters, who are unwavering, ashamed, diligent, and cherish their vows, Like heart and liver, Pure nectar samaya substance pleasing offering, With compassion, contemplate with love, grant empowerment and accomplishment. For all future beings, I prophesy, After summarizing, offer the recitation of names as follows: Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha and, The Great Mother Buddha Eye, the two deities, Offer the supreme samaya offering, Pray grant me the accomplishment of the offering. Bhagavan Vajrasattva and, The Great Mother Samantabhadri, Offer the supreme samaya offering, Pray grant me the accomplishment of the offering. Bhagavan Ratnasambhava and, The Great Mother Ratnamāmaki, Offer the supreme samaya offering, Pray grant me the accomplishment of the offering. Bhagavan Amitabha and, The Great Mother White-robed, Offer the supreme samaya offering, Pray grant me the accomplishment of the offering. Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi and, The Great Mother Samaya Tara, Offer the supreme samaya offering, Pray grant me the accomplishment of the offering. Likewise, the six Manushi Buddhas of mind and dharma, and, The sixteen Bodhisattvas and consorts, and, The doorkeeper father and mother, and so on, Offer the supreme samaya offering, Pray grant me the accomplishment of the offering. Urged from the Dharmadhatu, the emanation of compassion radiates, Performing the taming activities of each family separately, Fulfilling the meaning of the great bliss accomplishment, This is the precious secret accomplishment, Born from the mandala of great bliss. Thereafter, taking the accomplishment of substances: The body, speech, and mind of the Wisdom King, The qualities and activities are wondrous, In that very moment, combine, With the great mudra, unite me. On the vajra of the tongue's samaya, The Vajra Holder contemplates Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), This, the combination of the five nectars, If eaten, one will surely attain enlightenment.
