The god who is free from attachment and possesses goodness, The king of the Rakshasas, the lord of evil spirits, To those who are attached to the evil spirits of the untrue direction, I offer, praise, and prostrate. The god of water who holds a noose, The true protector, the lord of evil spirits, To those who are attached to the evil spirits of the western Nagas, I offer, praise, and prostrate. The god of wind who also holds life, The keeper of vows, the lord of evil spirits, To those who are attached to the evil spirits of the wind gods and their retinue, I offer, praise, and prostrate. The Yaksha who holds a club in his hand, The protector of wealth, the lord of evil spirits, To those who are attached to the assembly of evil spirits of the northern direction, I offer, praise, and prostrate. The god of the lower realms, the Naga of the earth, Holder of the earth and the great hand, To those who are attached to the evil spirits who know vows, I offer, praise, and prostrate.
